Summary: Kyle Trinter is fresh out of college, newly employed at an accounting firm, and eager to make his own way in the world. At only 5'4, 125 pounds, he has been striving for years to overcome the social limitations of being such a small man, and he's out to prove that he's just as much of an adult as everyone else.
As part of this mission, and determined not to live with his parents, he finds the perfect rented room online. He goes to take the tour, excited by the prospect of being fully independent.
