Intended as a short story, 500-1000 words, but I got carried away and now I want to keep on expanding. Just have to think of a way I can escalate the story considering their already pretty serious relationship dynamic.

The behavior is accepted and even encouraged by the rest of society, with videos of shrinkee humiliation receiving hundreds or even thousands of likes on Instagram and judges ruling that shrinkees are nothing more than "pests" to be squished at will.
