Unfortunately, Otacon boots up a different program he created in his spare time, thrusting them into one freaky scenario after another. The Australian government has attempted to combat overpopulation by shrinking down dole-bludgers to doll size, however, once shrunk the reduced are abandoned and forgotten about by the government, thus some charities rose up tp take care of these reduced citizens, our story follows one of them.
