Emily is constantly teased by her older brother Max about her short stature. Max, who is three years older and already tall for his age, never misses a chance to poke fun at Emily, calling her "short stuff" and emphasizing their height difference as a mark of his superiority. Frustrated and hurt, Emily tries her best to ignore him, but Max’s relentless jabs leave her feeling small in more ways than one.

Though Max’s teasing is all in good fun to him, Emily’s determined to prove she’s more than her height. Despite Max’s laughter, she vows that one day she’ll be taller than him—and maybe even stronger. Holding onto this hope, Emily begins to envision herself standing up to her brother, confident that she’ll rise above his taunts, even if she has to grow in her own way first.

I have gotten quite a few story requests and praises about the style of my writing in my inbox lately and have decided to share some of the techniques I use when writing both longer chapter epics and short story one-shots. Some other writers such as Poison pens and Jacksmith (one of my favourites) have already touched on this, but I would like to share my own spins, tips, and tricks on how to write a great story. 

Believe it or not English was not my best subject at school, it was actually chemistry and biology 😂
