Summary: Jake Mallard
is a 19-year-old college freshman, who has always been a quiet, introverted kid,
his interest in the occult, his social awkwardness, and his skeevy, creepy-bordering
behavior keeping most people away from him, strongly hampering his social and love
life. When he finds the instructions for a ritual
of demonic summoning in a folklore book, he decides to undertake it, hoping that the demon will
help him get a girlfriend.
However, instead
of an obliging minion, he ends up summoning a towering, sassy hellhound, that although
decides to help him out of pity, will slowly be revealed to hide much darker intentions, that risk endangering the whole city, and maybe even the
Earth.
And it will
be up to him to try and stop the demoness, hopefully avoiding getting eaten in the
process.
