The dream sequence was very well done and horrific. More intense than the rest of the story, sure, but not inappropriate. These kinds of thoughts would certainly be going through Caroline's head. It was pretty clearly a dream so I wasn't too concerned about her family's grisly fate or the increae in violence.

The dialogue between Catherine and her lackey always amuses me. I'm curious about one thing -- if she had the power to turn Caroline into a giantess, can she do the same to herself?

Looking forward to seeing how this all turns out.

I'm glad you don't think I was stepping over the line; I just thought, having such a calm and sheltered character, it would provide a good chapter to toss some true horror at her.  And, while Catherine doesn't necessarily need to become a giantess because of her power, she may end up being given a run for her money when Caroline returns ;)

Just got caught up. Amazing story! My theory about Catherine and Caroline's connection (and why Elizabeth was merely a duchess) proved to be true. And Catherine became a giantess for the finale! Awesome! I hope my speculating in the comments didn't give anything away.

You asked for constructive criticism so I will say this -- the names were a bit distracting. England's royal family has had Elizabeths, Richards, Annes, and Phillips so these names came with baggage. For a fantasy setting, more unique names might have worked better.

My only disappointment was that Caroline never reached the height her mother and aunt did in the last chapter. The 100-200 foot range is my favorite and it would have been cool and sexy to see how Caroline handled interacting with the tiny people at that size. That's just personal taste though. Excellent job overall! This was a very good story.

Thanks for the critiques; frankly, the only reason the names came out like that was because the story was such a "why not?" kind of thing when i started it, i was like "okay, names, names, i need names... ok, there we go."  As for the size thing, I really just did that so Catherine would appear as an impossibly imposing force to the gigantic Caroline, but I see your point; I'll keep these in mind if I ever try a fantasy story again.

You certainly have my fanboyish nitpickiness down and my love of mouthplay. I would never call your work drivel though. I hope I don't come across as a jerk in my reviews.

If I was going to be vored (is that a word?), that's probably not how I would have chosen it. But there are worse ways to go than eaten by Wonder Woman.

Speaking of nitpickiness (because ya knew it was coming), I believe Wally West's wife is named Linda, not Tina. And though Barry and Iris both died in the 80s...they got better.

Actually, I was calling my work drivel as part of the comedy in the story. 

The Tina I was referring to was Tina McGee in 1987 Flash series issues 3-14 or so (the older woman relationship, and drawn gorgeously too).

I did take a bit of license, and of course the whole thing was mainly written to give Carycomic (and hopefully you) a few laughs. Nothing jerky about your reviews. I just worked the reviews of my Jan 2010 piece Justice League: Wonders Within in for more gags.

I've had a lot of fun writing this, and I'm honoured that it drew your attention, and a review. Btw you're not permanently eaten. The moment Mxyzpixislicked (and I couldn't resist that name) returns to his own dimension, you should be back to normal as the fictional replacement Ryan Choi Atom outside Wonder Woman's stomach and back in your own duplex.

I hope this is good news. LOL.

Good point! I suppose what I meant to say was that this chapter wasn't in the same semi-erotic tone as the previous ones. But you're right, there are definitely GTS scenes in it.

I've begun to write a long story just now (my own version of Gulliver's Travels) which may take quite a while, but I'll return to this series after it's done.

My goodness! Bit of an exhibitionist, isn't she? No problem with wandering around in the nude. That certainly adds a whole other level of power and intimidation of the tiny men.

I had meant to ask earlier -- How is it that the Lilliputians speak her language if they're on a remote, hidden island? Or is that overthinking things? ;)

She's not really an 'exhibitionist', but she knows there's nothing they can do to stop her, so she figures she'll enjoy this 'privilege' while it lasts. She'll certainly have a different outlook once she ends up in the land of the giants.

Definitely a one-sided battle. I like how the "huge galleon" is only twenty-five inches long. The Blefuscudan armada was little more than bath toys.

Loved the scene with the boys climbing her, though I wish she HAD teased like she was going to eat them (mouthplay is always fun).

It still bugs me that they all speak the same language despite having no contact with each other. Maybe if it was a vaguely similar dialect from a common ancestor, one that Bradamante barely understands...

Sorry, I always inject too much logic into fetish stories. It's a good read otherwise. The scale in this new land seems like it could be pretty fun. I hope she gets sold to the queen as Gulliver was.

Having her learn a new language every time would just take up too much space, I'm afraid, and I'm usually very impatient to 'hurry' the story along, as it were. But it's not just me - the makers of the Gulliver's Travels miniseries thought the same way, and everyone there speaks perfect English.

Great story so far. I love these kinds of scenarios with a naturally tiny person. They're a refreshing change from shrinking stories, since you can skip his transformation and reaction and just focus on his interaction with the world.

I love the sub-genre of naturally tiny people in a normal-sized world so I am definitely intrigued. Having a female lead character makes this stand out from most other stories of this type.

I think you kind of rushed things on the second chapter though. Sure, we all want to see the ladies hook up but it was very abrupt. "You're gay too? OMG, come here so I can screw your brains out!" It seemed a little forced. Getting to know them as characters first would make it more meangingful when they get together.

I did realize how gratuitous it was, but I guess it could be explained with the (admittedly extremely thin) framing device that Jenna had always secretly wanted to do this, and now is her chance. Don't worry, the rest of the story won't be entirely lesbian SW sex scenes. That chapter was mostly to test my skills at actually writing one. :D

I haven't read all of "The Caretaker" but this story seems interesting. I like that the lead characters are past the initial shock of shrinking and are just trying to live their lives among giants. The fact that the girls know Jake's afraid of being eaten should prove to be fun (not for him perhaps but definitely for the readers).
