You captured the tone really well. One thing I love when reading giantess stories is for the author to capture the atmosphere and setting of the story to make it very engaging. And you are doing it really well with this first chapter. 

I watched a few, not a lot of noir films. But from what I remember and what I am reading, your doing an effective job at capturing that style.

I am looking forward to more chapters of this.

My preferences aside, I really like how you are able to write a attention grabbing first chapter with an intriguing cliffhanger.

You established the set up and scene between the two characters, and ended it in a way where the audience knows what it will lead up towards and what can happen. And still question where the direction of the story between the characters will lead towards and how it will be played out.

You also established the premise really well.

Great job on the chapter layout and writing.
