What's not to like? Barbara tries to punish a young jerk only to find he loves being shrunk and stuffed in her sweaty cleavage. The young guy squirms in protest of his situation and the hot, sweaty, hormone scented prison of Barbara's cleavage only to start licking away at her in sexually frenzied delight before finally getting off in there. Best, and hopefully a correct guess by the young guy, is his realization "she intended on simply keeping him as a breast-dwelling pet".
I have to admit, I thought by the title and brief description {what happens when one "assumes", you make an "ass" out of "u" and "me"; Benny Hill} this would simply be an average or below average story. Boy was I wrong, it's great!

Pros: The caring interaction between the two of them. Her ownership of him in such a tender way. His acceptance and even desire to be used by her in a way that she wants, despite his feers (well, minus the panic of being swallowed and crushed by her womanhood).
Cons: Only grammatical errors. More specifically, your lack of paragraphs. Some of this can be attributed to copying and pasting your story, though you always have the preview option to check your work.
When two different characters are speaking, their comments should each merit their own paragraphs.
This may seem nitpicky, but for the reader it makes a significant difference in ease of reading and comprehension. Reread your story as it appears on this site and you will see it's one massive run on paragraph.
This is a simple grammatical presentation that you can easily fix on what is a terrific story. In other words, always remember who your audience is and what they expect and will deal with.

Very nice concept. I realize it's the first chapter, but it does lack a bit of detail {e.g. life in her panty drawer, what it's like to suckle by her, etc.}.

It would be an interesting twist if Vanessa decided to control the height / smallness of his shrinking as you mentioned as an option, as this would add a lot of possibilities.

Compared to others, your story may be slow in developing; yet your story is much more realistic in being so.
Really like the sexual tension between Emilia and Becky.
Now that Emilia has Francois and Michael prisoners in a fish tank, how can she convince the rest of the tinies that she is safe to be with without the consent of those two {unless the rest of the group will believe Becky's testimony alone}? That's assuming Emilia is determined to possess the rest of the group.
Hmmm, the fact that many, if not all of the tinies are convicts {apparently Becky, and perhaps others are actually innocent prison guards} leaves open the question: 'Better to be imprisoned by Emilia than try to survive as a tiny amongst animals and insects that want to eat you".
Even though this was breifly discussed, the reality of their deadly situation must be setting in amoungst most of the prisoners.
Who are the ones who shrunk them? Is Angela going to become part of the situation, perhaps deciding to retain and punish a few prisoners for her personal amusement?
