I just read the first chapter, and it has interesting characters and plot.  Thanks for writing it.  I like the futuristic setting, cars that drive themselves, and also the dystopia of large cities after worldwide tragedy.

I like Alice, and the merging of her with Nova is a nice twist.  I like the whole electronic theme with the veins being more computer-like.  And Red Raven is very mysterious and superhero-like, with a cool attitude.  And he uses unique weaponry, very original and cool.

I like how Alice's parents had developed Nova and so are experts with it, while she is just learning about it firsthand, with it now as part of her body.  It's also cool that Nova speaks to Alice, informing her, and can even cause her to possibly grow.

 This was a fun and sexy story with great dialogue.  I really liked it a lot.

Awesome story and a fitting ending.  I like Roxy and Allen a lot.  They’re like cool friends to the reader.  It was funny when Roxy regrew Allen for the debriefing with Grace’s parents, and “it had noticeably taken several seconds longer than usual.”  It took a while, I thought at first, because she disliked having her brother at his full height :) … and later I factored in that she was also fatigued.

Grace… I really, really, really, really like.  Reading Snack for Grace for the first time, right after she made her appearance in Hybrid, identified Grace as being fucking awesome… godlike in her toying with Jay.  To see that *epic* side of Grace, in SfG, made her role in Hybrid seem all the more exciting.  (SfG was like a glimpse of heaven, in my opinion.)

I’d say I have a crush on the character of Grace.  A bit embarrassed to admit that.  That’s what amazing writing will do.  She seems real… just words on a page… but I never tire of her presence “on screen”.  She makes any story five stars in my view.  The whole story could be about a boring topic like the history of rock formation in Boring National Park… and then you write that Grace walks by and simply waves.  Bam!  Five stars!  That’s how I view it. :) :) :)

Grace’s downfall is just fuel for her ascending, for her rising, for her revenge. :)  She had some significant discomfort and she cried.  But she is such an A-M-A-Z-I-N-G character that even her imperfections and weaknesses are ultimately included in her perfection and strength.  Like I said, I never tire of Grace.  I like that she has a fetish for vore, and she is very playful.  I like her choice of words when she speaks -- elements of being maternal and dominating… desirous and impulsive.  She is my favorite character of all time for shrinking/GTS stories.  Thanks Jack.

Thanks much! You're right that Roxy would probably procrastinate regrowing Allen, though it also had to do with her fatigue in that case.
