I love this story, and for many fancy and long-winded reasons, but I'm too tired for that right now. What I am NOT too tired for right now is to defend my Fry-Sauce lineage. I ran a racket in my elementary school mixing up fry-sauce every lunch in the cafeteria and exchanging it for lunches. Obviously I didn't have paprika or onion powder, which led to subpar sauce, but I would never add Worcestershire sauce even if I had it at hand. For Fry-Sauce, as versatile and tunable a conconction as it is in all it's regional variations, simply isn't fry-sauce with Worcestershire sauce included. Fry-Sauce with Worcestershire is generally considered "burger sauce" or, in Idaho "Idaho Fry Sauce", ironically used a lot less with fries and moreso with burgers or steak. As old Uncle Ripple who runs the 70 year-old burger shop up the road would say: Fry-Sauce wasn't an invention, it was a dang miracle.

I'm gonna write this review before I finish reading the rest.

I gotta say, this is a really promising read coming from a new author on the site, the put it bluntly your characters...well, have character. Even the Mom, who only appears ever so briefly, is actually a fun and well written character. The key strength here in my opinion is the dialogue, you've got good banter that seems proportional to a lifelong friendship. Aside from that the standard prose is very descriptive too, lots of vivid description like "she said in a challenging low whisper".

I think I have a bit of a soft spot for this one because I myself grew up with mostly platonic girl friends, especially at this age, so I love these types of stories. I can't wait to see where this goes, keep it up!

Holy crapoli, mama mia, it's back

I thought you had abandoned this story but not only is it BACK (and with many updates in short order) but it's showing real signs of improvement too. The dialogue and descriptions are still good and vivid, bonus points for perfectly describing every diner i've ever been to. I like how your main characters, despite already being best-friends, seem to be getting closer, or rather just more comfortable with their current awkward situation. It's always hard in these sorta stories to write the part where the giantess starts to take the situation a little more lightly, once th shock and stuff has worn off, but you've paced it really well. To that end, the part in the previous chapter where it doesn't occur to her that he can't leave the room very fast while tiny is a good subtle way of making it seem like she's treating this more and more like a normal day with her best-friend.

So glad to have you back, there are not nearly enough "childhood best-friend" shrinking stories on this site, and this is definitely one of the best. Can't wait to see where it's goin, keep it up!

Thank you thank you thank you! I've seen a small amount of DDLC giantess content around Writing.com but never a proper full story. I love the characters sure, but the setting is what makes it the PERFECT material for a GTS story, Monika's obesession, the alteration of files to try to win the protag's heart, and the general idea that nothing is "canon" since the files are already malleable. 

Well written and true to it's source material so far, can't wait for more!

This is fantastic. I love the dynamic between them, I'm guessing that it helps that you've got two writers so you can sorta have a back and forth. It's got a good buildup rate, not slow at all but not "yada yada SEXY STUFF" speeding past establishing characters. In particular Lauren is a unique character for a giantess, confident but in a geeky sorta way, there simply aren't enough geeky giantesses, nor enough "starts as friends" G/T dynamics. Can't wait for more!

Loving it so far, you ought to let your Girlfriend give you more prompts in the future, she seems to have good taste for this stuff! xD

These two are adorable, I love stories where the giantess has to be sympathetic to and gain the trust of the tiny. I was worried this was a one-shot, can't wait to read more!

Fantastic as usual, not enough stories with this sorta premise, it's especially relavent right now with all the online dating going on. Would love to see a second part of this, sounds like you've really thought out the characters and their personalities. Keep up the great work!

And chapter 2 down. I LOVE this story, it's a good and simple setting but mainly I just love this sort of dynamic between two characters. The friends to more buildup, the teasing, etc etc. I can't wait to read more!
