Dr. Rachel Reed is a bright young scientist and a not-very-likable human being. Arrogant and lacking any empathy, she is convinced that humanity is heading toward its doom because of its tendency to promote mediocrity and keep the truly intelligent away from power.

In that context, Rachel has ended up mostly forgetting society and focusing on the top-secret military project she was recruited for, a project that is formally intended to create enhanced soldiers but that she is convinced has the potential to change humanity, maybe the last hope for the species.

After three years of failures of setbacks, which she blames on her incompetent boss, the top brass decides to cancel the project and Rachel's only passion. Never one to accept fate, Rachel decides that if the government doesn't want to pursue a path that she knows has the highest potential ever, she will. Her attempts to keep the drug for her own experimentation end up with a very unexpected outcome, though.

Rachel did not expect to grow through the roof of the secret facility where she was working. Once she does, she doesn't waste time embracing her new size and power and finds out that it finally gives her the kind of supremacy that her intelligence should have granted her. Discovering that she can get even bigger along the way only makes things better. And, considering her overall dislike for anyone who is not her, the now giant Rachel will see no reason to show restraint as she uses her newfound stature and strength.

The Neverending Woman is a "classic" giantess rampage story, albeit a novel-length one, at 130,000 words. As usual in my stories, there is a lot of action, but I also keep my focus on developing the plot,  the characters, and the backstory, so that this reads like an end-to-end story and not just like a collection of scenes.

Like many giantess rampage stories, The Neverending Woman features violence, strong language, and strong sexual themes, so be warned! Also, Rachel will evolve from giantess to mega, then giga, and finally tera!

I thought it'd be fun to share parts as a live group read. We did one read-through on my Patreon (they made it 8 chapters before dying), and a first read-through here (5 chapters before a handcrush!) – so now I'm starting a second read-through.

What I'll do is put up a chapter and you can vote for the choice at the end by commenting. I'll tally the votes next time I get around to adding a chapter, and we'll get a complete story arc. (If I don't get any votes, eventually I'll just choose one!)

But a bit of background:

You’ve been shrunk in the office by you’re ambitious manager, and it’s up to you to escape her evil clutches. In the complete story, you have to make the right choices to navigate a whooping 215 chapter entries (which average about 400-800 words a piece), clocking in at 105,000 words total. Mostly you have two options after each entry, but naturally this branches and branches into all sorts of possibilities – in some places you’ll have minor variations on similar themes, but in other cases your journey can go in wildly different directions. The common threat, though, is your giant coworkers, either willingly or obliviously capable of killing you in an instant. There’s 90 different ways to end the story badly (mostly by dying!) and only 1 correct solution.

This is a literary maze of epic proportions, where it’s possible to see every major character treated as a giant or shrunken, with tons of grabbing, a bit of crushing, and a great many ways to get eaten. We’ve got arcs such as cat-and-mouse chases with your manager; perilous creeping through the bustling open office; encounters with a dangerously beautiful coworker, a mad scientist, the rough-handed cleaner and more; and even possibilities to get out of the office into the terrible clutches of your boss’s family. All this comes in the pursuit in enlisting your one true friend’s help in restoring your size.

It’s all written in an ungendered second person, so can be read as you playing yourself, or your choice of imagining a male or female protagonist. And while this office is principally populated by seemingly giant women, there’s also a couple of men in there if you want something a little different (or if you don’t, to add some extra threat!).

It’s been over a year since the South City Disaster—an incident in which a giantess grew directly over one of the most populous metropolitan areas in the world. Society was forever changed by such a calamity, but Nora Park was hit especially hard. On that day, she lost her home, her family, and her lover to the massive giantess.

Now, the giantess that caused the disaster has shrunk down to a normal size, and is living an ordinary life under the name of Alice Hall. When Nora crosses paths with the woman who took away everything from her, will she take her chance to exact revenge? Or will she respect the threat of Alice growing for a second time, a frightening possibility that still looms over the world?
