Summary:

In a world where all men have been shrunken due to a strange epidemic, Anthony Little navigates his adult life while getting back together with his ex-girlfriend, Tara Jones.  She says she's changed, and maybe she has, so returning to this relationship might be the best way to adapt to a normal life in an abnormal world.
