The people of the city might not be happy with Camila taking all their food, but at least they can get some of that food back after it has worked its way through her guts. The city should be producing a lot of food which Camila can sell and make a lot of money, but a small amount of it she could eat herself, and then give it back to the city in the form of her waste.

Of course this first load she dropped on them is her own food that she ate and her body digested for them. You wrote that she ate Cauliflower. Hopefully the citizens of the city like pre-digested Cauliflower because that will be there meal now. :)

Looking forward to the continuation of this story. While Camila gradually becomes a business tycoon by leveraging the city, maybe one of her first business ventures is to open up the worlds most luxurious spa, staffed of various sized workers and of course a full service mani/ pedi projects that rival the pyramids. Her clientele having a divine satisfaction knowing their rivals are toiling away and eating their toe jam. Her citizen could also construct a massive advanced dildo capable of receiving all her recycled bodily functions including cum when the mood strikes her.
