I knew I remembered your name from somewhere! 'itty bitty epidemic'! I loved that story... and I am loving this one too, your characters are almost immediately likeable. So good to see you writing again!
On the first chapter you asked if you should keep going or try something else. Definitely keep going!
Scott and Tiffany's relation is what you expect of siblings with age gaps, and Scott is already 21, probably working, so it's understandable he wants to enjoy his vacations time.
On the other hand, Tiffany wants to be grown up like him, probably taking after from Internet/TV models and influencers, but her shananigans with her brother shows that Scott is right, she is a child trying too hard to be an adult. Putting his life in danger out of pure spite or to get attention on the Internet shows how naive she is, with his situation and her own body.
Now, for sugestions (it's actually just what I wish will happen on future chapters LOL)
I look forward to see their relationship developing. But they need a way to comunicate. At his size there are two options: Scott cellphone shrunk with him or Tifany brings him up to her ear.
Scott gave some hints on the first chapter that, behind a grump exterior, he cares a for his sister. I think would be interesting if Tiffany, after going to a party, got in trouble. Maybe kidnapped by some creppy and Scott uses his phone to call for help, or maybe guide her out of the situation from her ear.
As for the message at the end of chapter 2... It could be an ex-girlfriend that stills friends with his sister because of some weird obssession... or some of Tifany's friends with a giant crush on her brother... either way, I think Tiffany's childish behavior will bring trouble for both of them.
Anyway, very good star. Loved both chapters, especially Scott's fear and confusion before Tiffany's size, running out of fear of his own sister and when she used her sandal clad foot to stop him and pretended would flatten him.
Thanks for sharing. Favorited this story. I will wait eagerly for the next chapters to come.

Loving the story so far. So curious if she already did call the help line to initiate the data restore process? Or is she gonna "forget" to do that? Also if he is 1/4 inch tall does the shrinking process make him more durable or is he fully vulnerable at that size? As such an abusive brother it would be funny if he ended up being given to someone else or lost all together by the end. Or maybe she says that's what happens and keeps him as her toy.
Seen a vote option for a male giant antagonist. Wonder if he was to be brought in maybe a cock vore scene cause I don't think I've seen one with a male shrinky before. But what ever you do with your story will probably be an amazing read from what I've seen so far. Can't wait for more.
