Ok, I like the basic idea, and this could get interesting indeed.
Now, first Thing is that we need a slighly better description. More about her hair stlye, eyes, skin tone, ext. is her hair curly, straight, short, long? Are her eyes honey colored? Silver? light blue, dark blue? Is she Ivory, sligly tan, super tan?
Second, she should get to at least 7ft tall, and since it's mini GTS, I'd suggest not going beyond about 7'6ft. And built like a tank of course. Don't go for describeing a body-builder. Describe a power lifter instead. Look it up, you'll understand why.
Last, I think it would be a cool touch to add giving her some mixed martial arts training. Like Brizilian Ju-jitsu, Mauy-tai, Boxing, Tae Kwan dow, When-chun, And Kyo-koshin Karata. Those would be what I would recommend.
