You misunderstood me there. I didn't make the first review, some other guy did, and there was nothing nice or polite about the way he put it (though, aside from what I quoted, I can't remember exactly what he said). The claim that the giantess wasn't a "young, pretty, human woman" also came from him and not from me; I think he had an issue with the fact that the giantess was a succubus and not a human, in spite of the fact that there are almost no differences in how the two look.

Summary:

Ok, so my other story wasn't working out as well as I hoped. It seemed people weren't as interested in it, and that's fine. I'll eventually get around to finishing it but for now I thought I'd go for something with a little more giantess content. This is my superhero-eque story line that I had been hinting at for so long. This one wont' be as well written and characters won't be quite so in depth but whatever, I just want it to be fun. Anyway, it focuses on an ancient race of giant women who are now returning after centuries of slumber to conquer the world. One of the oldest, a giantess named Lys, has had a change of heart and comes to warn everyone of the encroaching doom. Anyway she has some trouble adjusting to modern society, has to find a way to beat out all the other giantesses, blah blah blah, you'll see. This will hopefully have more action and a lot more "interesting" content. Hope you enjoy!

This story is meant to be lighter in tone (not in destruction!) to my previous works and to some of the projects I'm working on. It's inspired by "Eileen, larger than life":

The idea is to take EIleen where it ended and to have her sister get the same growth powers she had 13 years later. Just to keep exploring, the story is written in first person and present tense.

Synopsis: Vicki is a hot and cocky 21-year old bikini model. Oh, and she has become a super-powered 250 feet tall giantess. Her sister Eileen was already a giant 13 years ago, only in the end she agreed on being reduced. Vicki will not make the same mistake. The world has become her playground and she will have no inhibitions as she is having the time of her life with the city. After a while, she will also find out that she can change her size at will and will explore a few more heights, until the only references she can use to measure herself up are geological.

Thankfully (I hope), se has decided to tell us about her adventure first hand...

Pretty good overall, but the all-caps, quotation-marks-lacking dialogue style for the giantess is really off-putting.

Thanks! I know what you mean about the all-caps and the lack of quotation marks. I would not typically do that (in my previous stories I use quotation marks and not caps), but the story I was taking as a starting point was written like this,s o I decided to go ahead and use the same formatting as part of the "homage". As I mentioned, my intention for this story was to be less serious (more cheesy if you want), so I thought it would not be such a big deal, but I'm interested on getting people's opinions. Do you think the story would improve if I got rid of this?

Ah, right, I forgot that this was more of an affectionate parody-type story (mostly because it works really well as a 'real' one). I suppose I should give you that last half-star, eh?

I wasn't doing it for the half-star, but it's appreciated nonetheless :P

It's interesting to read that the story works well as real tone too... I think some of the coming chapters are going to be even cheesier, so maybe that aspect is lost. Just to let you know, I decided to reach a compromise by keeping the ALL CAPS, as in Eileen's story but bringing back the quotation marks starting in Chapter 2, so at least it will be more compliant from a grammar point of view.

One of the things I want to try with this story is to take suggestions from the readers on what Vicki should do in future chapters. Do you have any ideas?
