Takae Kasumi had always had low self-esteem about her body. Whether it was her height, despite being average compared to the other girls, or her breast size (which was small compared to the average in her school), she had never felt good enough. Being in a school composed 99.9% of girls, she would constantly have people commenting on her body. "Cardboard box" and "wooden board" were the most common ones she had received. She could not even talk with the only boy in her school, Saotome Hodaka, because she didn't have the confidence to conversate with him. Whenever she told her friends that she was crushing on him, they always laughed at her and said she wasn't good enough for him. She was getting sick of it. Enough was enough. She needed to find a way to fix her self-esteem issues and improve her body. 

After the school day had ended, she decided to go to her father's house for a bit before heading back to her dorm room. 

Father: Welcome back, daughter. Did your school day go ok?

Takae: Yes, it did. I'm happy to be home for a bit though.

Takae spent the next few hours chatting with her friends on her phone and browsing the internet. Eventually, the time came where she had to use the bathroom. She got up, went to the toilet and did her business. As she was washing her hands, she looked at her face in the mirror. Great, more acne popping up again. Looks like I need to put some makeup on. She opened the cabinet the mirror was attached to looking for some way to conceal the imperfections on her face. Now, where is that concealer? It should be here some- oh, what's this?!

In the cabinet, she found a prescription bottle she had never seen before. The name of the pills confused her even more when she read it. "TruGrow" is what they were called. She was curious about what in the world this drug did and looked for a description of the pills on the bottle. She found it on the back, where the description is as follows:

"This experimental drug is for the purposes of gigantification. Consuming these pills will cause you to double in size. Gigantification process may take up to one month to complete and growth is linear. Proceed with caution before consuming this drug. Made by Izumi Kasumi"

Wait, Izumi Kasumi?! That was her father's name! Could it be that her father was the one that made the drug? Yes, he did work on experimental pills and drugs being as eccentric as he was, but she had never heard of him making this drug before. 

She held the bottle in her hand for a minute, a smile slowly forming on her face the longer she held it. If I take this drug, I could be the biggest girl in school and even a Japanese celebrity! I could have so much power and confidence if I took this. 

She had made up her mind. She took one of the pills out and with nervous excitement, swallowed it. Instantaneously, she felt a throbbing in her body and felt very tired. With great effort, she had managed to make it to her room and onto her futon before passing out.
