Anastasia Rayne, sister of the Director of the Rayne Conglomerate, is charged with the government of a city in the brink of collapse. The catch is, humanity has been shrunken down to prevent environmental disaster, and the Raynes and their governors remain the only normal sized people on the planet.
The other problem is that Anastasia is by all accounts a tyrant. To check on her, the Director sends her right hand woman, the three inch tall Elizabeth. But Anastasia’s methods will soon become a corrupting influence on the woman's moral code.
