Reviews appreciated!  First story I've ever written.
Author's Chapter Notes:
Matt looks forward to having a great first date with his dream girl, but everything doesn't go according to plan.

God today was a perfect day Matt thought to himself from the passenger's seat.  Earlier that morning he had finally worked up the courage to ask his crush on a date.  Going to the gym wasn't really his thing, but with Amanda it was one of the best experiences of his life.  She was fit, smart, had a great sense of humor, and drop-dead gorgeous.  Headed to the movies now this was sure to be a perfect night.

“Hey,” Matt was broken from his day-dream.  “Do you mind if I stop home real quick to change?”

“Of course not,” Matt responded happily.  “Hurry up though, don't wanna be late on our first date.”

“I will, no worry.  Super interested in that movie now are you?  I thought you didn’t want to go see a chick-flick,” Amanda responded jokingly.

A few minutes later the car pulled into the driveway.  “Be right back,”  she said while hastily getting out of the car.   Matt couldn’t help but stare as she walked up to her apartment and opened the door.  T-shirt and blue yoga pants.  Her ass was perfect.  Tone, but more than big enough.  Amanda kept true and re-emerged quickly with another t-shirt and black yoga pants.  Hair tied back and a designer purse.

“You ready or what!?” she asked cheerfully and man was he ever.  “I bet the theater will be pretty dead with the virus floating around.”  Matt was shaken from his good mood.  With the news of the shrinking virus lately it has been nice to forget about it for a while.

“Yeah at least there's some perks to everything going on right now,” he said, a little shaken.

“Hey don’t worry about it there’s been no cases around here yet!” she said, trying to steer the conversation back to an uppity mood.

Walking through the theater Matt couldn’t help but notice the only people around were employees.  An empty theater will be awesome, he thought.

“Hey where do you want to sit?  She asked to enter the theater.

Already walking up the stairs, “In the back you don’t have to strain your eyes to see.”  More privacy if other people do show up Matt thought.

Mid-way through the movie Matt was getting bored.  Nobody else had shown up.  He had already worked up the courage to put his arm around her and was not into the movie at all.  Suddenly Matt’s head was pounding.  “I got a real bad headache going on.  Must’ve strained myself at the gym”  Matt said to her through gritted teeth.  “I’m sorry but I’m going to close my eyes for a bit, I swear I'm not trying to stop watching this great movie,”  he said, sporting a bit of a smile trying to ease the mood.

She looked at him kindly, “That’s okay I understand.  I’ll make sure I wake you up.  I don't think I’m strong enough to carry you sleeping out to my car.”

“I don’t know.  You were pushing around some good weight in the gym earlier.  I think you got me,”  Matt said before quickly passing out.

Chapter End Notes:

Gained some respect for other authors here.  Posting this and seeing how short it looked really made me think.  Chapters 3 and on will be longer.
