Hi Aditi here I’m a 20 year old girl living in the state of New Delhi, India. I still can’t forget that day the day that changed my life
It was 18th of November and my collage holidays had already begun as a result of which I spent most of my time either on my computer or with my friends, since all of my friends were mostly classmates and school mates I had nothing to hide from them.
Anyway like I was saying it was the 18th of November I had spent most of my day with my Mom and sister generally being at home. It was around 8 pm and I was in my room getting ready to turn in early as we three had made plans to go out the next day. I was watching myself in the mirror and was tying my hair when suddenly I heard a voice call my name I looked around and there was no one here.
"Adi" It called again. I was confused there was no one in the room still there was voice calling well I tried not to think about it and got in my bed "Hi, Adi" I heard someone say as I closed the light I sat up and noticed a man standing the window of room "who are you" I asked being a bit frightened "It's me, Moly" The voice said "Moly, How did you get in?" I asked being confused "I'm not actually here" He said "What?" I replied getting more confused "I'm in your mind" He answered "I still don’t understand" I said "I'm telepathic" He said I stared to understand a bit "So your talking to me through a mind link" I asked being curious "Yes" He replied "But Why?" I asked "I need your help" He said "What kind of help?" I ask getting a bit concerned "I can’t tell you here, I need to meet you alone to discuss it" He explained "where do you want to meet me? I'll come over" I said "No not anywhere in public, I'll come over to your place tomorrow" He said "But, Moly I cant we have to go out tomorrow mom planned this for weeks now I cant just turn my back on her" I said rejecting him "Adi, Please help me" He said "You have other friends cant you ask them" I asked him "The other are not like you, please adi I need your help" He said "Well ok, tomorrow I’ll tell mom to continue with out me and then you can come over when she'll be gone I’ll wait for you" I said "Ok I'll wait for you to contact me" he said "Thank you and adi please keep this conversation a secret please" He said "Sure don’t worry" I said & then he vanished the thought of him being telepathic startled me since he never revealed to me in all the time I knew still after what seemed to be an hour or so I finally slept.
Morning arrived and I woke up a bit lazily at about 10 AM I quickly freshened up and went over to the kitchen to get myself a pot of coffee I noticed mom had been making preparations for the day ahead I drank up some coffee and was suddenly confronted by my mom "Morning Adi" She greeted "Morning Mom" I replied giving her a hug "so ready for the day" She asked I was about to say yes but then I remembered yesterday night & my mind link with Moly "Actually I wont be going" I replied "Why" She asked "Remember sweety my friend she's coming home for lunch she said that she wanted to talk to me in private" I explained "Well, ok but be sure to eat lunch you know if u don’t have lunch you get dizzy" she said "Mom I can take care of myself don’t worry" I explained "Ok" she replied well I had my breakfast with my sister and after sometime mom & my sister left the place leaving me at home. I went to my room and started to look in my wardrobe what to wear I took my jeans as usual and a pink top which moly gifted me on my birthday last year then I went in for my bath & got ready for the day after exiting the bathroom I called moly up & informed that I was alone and assured him that mom & my sister wont return for another 3 to 4 hours he acknowledged and said that he was on his way here. While waiting for moly I prepared some food for both of us Moly arrived about 20 minutes after the call.
"Hi Adi" He greeted "Hi moly" I replied Moly went over to the living room sofa & seated himself while I seated on the single sofa next to him "So you needed my help" I asked "Yes, I did but first I need you to know something" He said "What" I asked "I am not any ordinary person" He said "I know, you’re telepathic" I replied "No Adi, I am not just telepathic" He said which even confused me more "You see I possess some powers" He Said "of what kind" I asked "Enough to reshape this world" He replied "So, you’re some kind of magician?" I asked "No, but you can refer to as a genie" He Said " I don’t exactly understand moly" I replied getting really confused "You see I have the power to fulfill any wish I can do anything change anything" He Replied "so you mean you have genie like powers" I asked "Yes" He said " So why do you need my help" I asked "It is a custom amongst us power holders to share these power with a person of our choice after a period of five years so that our powers continue to have a longer existence" He Explained "Us, so there are more people like you with powers" I asked "Yes, only few" he replied "Ok" I said " Adi I want you to be the next host of these powers" He said & I was completely surprised "Why me?" I asked "Because I have looked into your soul & I know that you wont misuse these powers" He said "Molz that’s really nice of you but I think that some one from your other friends may be more suitable" I said Moly smiled "Adi, all my other friends are more selfish if they get these powers they would most likely misuse them to just get money & become famous" He explained "What makes you think that I wont" I asked "I know too well I know that you want make a name for yourself but you'll take the more tougher path to it rather using short cuts" He replied & he was right about that "Perhaps a demonstration will help you understand" he said then he stood up and asked me to stand next to him and hold his hand I reached for his hand & grabbed it and in a sudden my surroundings changed my vision was filled with sky & clouds "Where are we moly" I asked "In new Delhi" he replied "I never been to this place in this city" I said "actually you live here" he said I got startled "what" I asked "Look down" he suggested I looked down only to notice that I was around my home building but it was small the two floor house only came to the height of my stomach I received quite a shock from all the little surroundings I left molys hand and started to walk about carefully to make sure that nothing came under my foot then I noticed another think that nothing was moving "Moly why is everything stopped my look all people are frozen" I asked "They are not frozen I’ve slowed the time now whatever we do in one hour according to our time will only get changed in 1 second in their time" he said "I see" I Replied then I bent down looked into one of the houses & noticed how small everything was as compared to myself I felt as if I was a building to them "Adi, one more thing" moly said "What" I asked "Well we are in subjective time any changes here wont effect the natural course of time once we continue our lives with the normal flow of time all changes will be discarded & the timeline will return to normal" He explained "I see" I said "tell me moly is my mom somewhere around?" I asked "Well she is over there at the park having lunch with your sis" he said pointing out to the park which at normal height was about ten minutes away but at this height I could get there in just a few steps I placed my feet carefully on the tiny street below as I approached the park I noticed mom & my sis sitting next to the horse fountain I knelt down & took a close look at her my mom seemed like a doll to my present height I gently reached down towards her & wrapped my fingers around her little waist and held her in my grip then i raised her to my face & gently pressed her against my cheek "Little loving, Adi" Moly asked "she's my life you know that" I said & placed her back then stood up "so where to?" I asked "anywhere there is practically no one to stop us" He replied I found a nice clean spot in the park and sat up cross legged moly followed & did the same "looks so weird its like as if I’m in a dolls world" I said "more like those Gulliver stories you told me about" he said "yea, but they were dreams, this is reality" I said " I guess I thought that I would really be living these dreams one day" I added "You can live all your dreams now" Moly said "Yea" I said "you know adi now that you know about my powers you and I share a bond" He said "Excuse me?" I said getting shocked "I meant a bond of trust it develops automatically once one get to know about these powers" He explained "I see" I replied then I reached for a little stall selling some drinks I picked up the miniscule bottle of cola and gentle opened it and in one gulp drank down the entire contents of the two liter bottle "Want one" I asked moly "No thanks I’m fine" He said and smiled "I’ll show you something else" moly said and held my hand and in a flash my surroundings changed now I was in a room with very high walls and a ceiling that went high into the sky suddenly I realized that I was in my room but I was small and on my bed side table I quickly went over to my alarm clock the now gigantic clocked suggested that the time was eight "Eight in the morning" Moly said from behind "I then glanced over to the bed & I saw myself in deep sleep the time was running normally I was mesmerized by the sight of seeing a gigantic version of myself asleep on my own bed "How small are we moly" I asked "one tenth of our original size" he said "wow" I said suddenly the door opened & someone came in I & moly hid behind the alarm clock it was mom she cam in & gently kissed me I looked back at moly "she didn’t see us" I asked "In subjective time we remain invisible" he explained "I see" I said suddenly my surroundings changed again and now I was in the drawing room of my house moly & I were sitting on the sofa I noticed a model house standing on the center table the model was an exact copy of our house "what’s the model for" I asked "see for yourself" he said then he removed the roof of the model & put his hand inside to take something suddenly a gigantic hand came in & wrapped its fingers around my waist then I was lifted up towards the roof then I noticed that I was in front of a gigantic face a face that belonged to moly "see" he said "you pulled me from inside the doll house" I asked "exactly this was something I learnt recently I can present a model of any house, building or floor on a table in front of me & can pick anyone up & nobody will ever get to know" he Explained "Even if someone is around" I asked after moly set me on the table "in that case the memory of every one around the place gets erased once I discontinue doing so" He answered "and the people who are left tiny" I asked "well they can be put back by hand or they can walk back in the model if its a house or building" He replied "So I can come in through the main door of this model & I’ll be back to normal size" I asked "Yup, why don’t you try" He suggested I walked up to the main door and entered it I approached the drawing room & I noticed that I was back to normal "wow" I said coming back to the sofa "do you mind if I like try it out" I asked "sure just put your hand in and pick up anything just don’t touch yourself otherwise it will end" He explained I put my hand in & saw my gigantic hand come in through to roof I gently reached for moly and touched his tiny body he smiled then I held him in my grip & picked him up & brought him out through the model close to my face "you look so cute just like a little doll" I said he then jumped of my lose grip to my shoulder I helped him settle up on my shoulder he stayed there for a while I felt his little body cling to my neck as I stood up I grabbed him again and gently dangled him over the roof of the model house I watched my gigantic hand re appear in the room as I placed him back in the room next to sofa "wow that was just great" I said moly just smiled and sat down on the sofa I glanced at the clock and noticed that it was just over 2PM "moly's lets have lunch" I suggested he nodded and I went into the kitchen and started to put food on the dining table moly came in & sat down on one of the chair while I sat in front of him we started to eat food "You know once you have these powers you can discipline your mind very much and all these problems will automatically disappear" he said "I see & like can you like change the way one feels towards another" I asked "Yes you can introduce love warmth towards bitter enemies or make a loving couple worst enemies of each other" he explained "have you ever done anything like that with me" I asked just out of curiosity "once when you were angry with your sister for something I had come to discuss something with you and I had sensed when you were going to get angry and even that I predicted that you might hurt her so I introduced some affection in your mind towards her to cool your mind" he said "I see, don’t mind I just wanted to know" I said "I knew I saw it coming" he said I smiled "moly, how did you get these powers" I asked "well I wasn’t jenny’s first choice" he said "Jenny?" I asked "My friend from collage one day we were together and like we were going on a bike suddenly she hit the back of a van" he said "oh, then?" I asked "well she could have chosen to use those powers and heal herself but rather than that she choose to transfer them to me" he said "oh when was this?" I asked "five years from now it was but it was her fourth year" he said "I see" I said soon we finished lunch and then moly asked me to sit next to him he held my hand "it will fell a bit weird just don’t resist" he suggested I nodded then he closed his eyes and started to say something in a language I never heard before then I felt something getting inside me I tried to keep my cool and somewhat succeeded after a while moly left my hand "Its done" he said "right" I replied feeling a bit dizzy "the dizziness will disappear in a while also now your family knows about you having these powers but they wont ask you use them until necessary and I’ll be in telepathic link with you constantly to make sure that you don’t fall out of line" he said "you think of everything don’t you" I replied "anyway thank you I’ll surely never forget this day we surely had some good times today" I said feeling happy and then my mom and sister came in "Hi, adi" mom said "Hi, mom" we all greeted each other moly stayed for while as per my mom's request and then got up was about to leave when he called me to into my room I went in then he closed the door "Adi, best of luck" he said "and one more thing after fie years from now if you have difficulties in deciding that to whom to give these powers then I suggest that you choose sweety" he added "why, her?" I asked "because she is one person who you trust very much" he said "right" I said then we both proceeded out and then moly headed for the main door "Thanks once again" he said then left
After that day my life got a very big change I followed moly's instruction about these powers and had a very prosperous life after the so called five years I choose my best friend sweety as the next host and now moly, I & sweety share one big link.
**after 7 years**
"Adi" I heard call someone from behind I turned and noticed that it was a girl a very sweet looking face "I'm Jenny" she introduced "My friend suggest that I should get in touch with you" She added I remembered her for the day moly gave me these powers "your friend you mean moly?" I asked "Yes I reunited with him just two months back" she said "how did you like come alive" I asked "There was one thing moly neglected to mention and even I’m sure that he doesn’t know it till now" she said "what’s that?" I asked "our lifespan also increase very much by these powers and we become immortal to any kind of attack" she explained "so actually moly never lost me it was that I was away for a long time getting my body recovered from the crash" she explained "you know I choose my friends very wisely and now I have chosen for you to be my friend" she said extending her hand I her palm with mine and smiled.
