Months have passed, yet the two’s relationship seemed to be getting no further than where they already were. The occasional flings persisted, and as excited as Evelyn seemed to be that they were in the least still getting along, in some capacity, the lack of fulfilment was getting to her. She wasn’t about to do anything drastic though, deeming it no more but a temporary halt as surely things could only get better from here on out.

On Hue’s side of things though, things were getting better as he finally got back on his feet, piecing himself together after the emotional rollercoaster his once loved one had put him through. As his feelings settled, and the boy moved on, the lingering attachment he once held for Evelyn would dissipate, leaving but a single course of action. He wasn’t cruel enough to do such a thing over a phone call, or even worse, a message, opting to tell her face to face and be done with it. Once he stood at her door though, such moral plans became rather hefty to carry, Hue trembling thoroughly as his hand hovered over the door bell, shaking. He was quite the soft person after all, and knowing that there was no avoiding a fallout, it left him with a formidable stress to bear. With a deep breath and a gulp, Hue would finally ring it, intent on seeing this through like a good person should, even if she hadn’t given him such a luxury way back when this whole mess began. One should be the bigger person, right? Frozen, the boy would anticipate what awaited him, pale as Evelyn would finally open the door.

“Hue! Jesus, you took a while- I was about to call you ‘n all, worried you might’ve dipped on me.” She’d remark with a smile, clearly ecstatic at his presence.

Such a sight made the ordeal quite a bit harsher on him, forcing a prompt gulp as he followed her inside, yet not muttering a word as a gloomy expression stood on his face.

“Y’ know where to leave the jacket. Get comfy and accommodate… your…self…” Evelyn slowly started to realise the rather glum atmosphere, swiftly turning her attention towards him as worry coursed through her. “Is everything ok? You seem a bit… moody? Did something happen?”

She was rather rapid with her questions, trying to decipher as to what bothered the boy yet, the longer his silence was upheld, the more apparent it would be that it was her that was the issue.

Hue finally turned his gaze towards her blue eyes, sighing as his lips would part to muster what he’d been rehearsing in his head.

“Ev… I… I don’t think this is going to work out. We’ve been at it for the past months and… nothing has changed. Has it? The feelings simply aren’t there anymore and…and I don’t think we can fix this. I… I have someone I’ve been seeing and I think it would be for the best if we didn’t do… y’ know… all this anymore-”

Hue could see the colour drop from her face, any sign of happiness she’d had now long gone. He had completely broken the gal, and even if he’d been morally right, guilt was crushing him. A droplet of a sweat caressed his cheek as the awkward silence persisted, Evelyn’s saddened face turning into something alike a frown.

She approached him with a few heavy steps, standing right in front of him before tilting her head a little upwards, clearly wanting to do this eye to eye.

“You fucking SCUM. I thought you would really try to fix this! I thought that was what we agreed on! YES, I MESSED UP, BUT I REALLY LOVED YOU. I STILL DO. Why can’t you just see that! Is it not enough?!” The gal would scream as she pushed her hand into his chest, pinning Hue right up against the wall.

Even through the aggressive display though, Hue would offer no sign of retaliation, rather simply suffering through it all. He was prepared for such an outburst, and if anything, he knew it would pass over way smoother if he let her scream it out… It would be better for the both of them… Or so he thought.

“For fuck’s sake…” Evelyn would curse, her eyes swerving to the side in contemplation yet her fury not soothed one bit, even after all the hefty words she had to offer. “You know what? I thought I would regret this. That I would maybe feel guilty and that it’s too excessive. But now? I reckon it’s completely justified!”

Her words were rather vague, clearly trying to imply something yet Hue would be none the wiser as to exactly what that could be. He offered a confused tilt to his head, trying to read the gal yet coming up short, and as such would truly scare him.

Evelyn on the other hand harbored no such feelings, rather, confidence and anger being the only two prominent things in her mannerism. She was swift to reach for her pocket, and in fear of her reaching for a weapon, Hue would justifiably tense up, twitching as he tried to get himself away, yet what she pulled out instead was nothing more than a piece of paper with something scribbled on it. His guard fell, convinced he’d overestimated as to how far she was willing to go, yet, Evelyn was frighteningly serious.

“What’s th-” Hue would try and ask, though before he could do so, Evelyn placed that same piece of paper right amidst his chest, stuck to his clothes. The boy understood none of it, unsure as to what reaction would be appropriate to this. His expression blank, he couldn’t help but dart his eyes between the sticker, and the gal, neither showing much of a change, yet in an instant, Evelyn would seem to bite at her finger, smearing the mess of blood right across whatever was scribbled on that paper. Hue’s eyes would dart back to see, though his view quickly enveloped in a bright blinding flash as all of his senses seemed to go utterly numb.

“God… Evelyn what in the actual-” The boy would try and muster, desperately trying to rub away the fuzziness in his eyes, yet to no avail. His behind would be firmly placed upon the floor, not an ounce of strength to his limbs, his lips parting as he wanted to plead for an explanation once more, though only to be met with a harsh pressure atop his whole form. The gesture came as quite the surprise, Hue assured that the gal before him held no such strength, and even so, here he was. Pinned down harshly as not a muscle of his could be moved. Every bit of motion that was exerted upon him held a frightening amount of force, leaving the boy with no choice but to retaliate. With all his might, he pushed and squirmed, his hands pressing against the… seemingly soft surface, some warmth to be felt, though none of the facts quite making sense as of yet, as all he sought was for this whole ordeal to end. Despite the dire efforts, no accomplishment would be made. What felt like a grueling eternity was no more than mere moments in actuality, Hue’s eyes finally presented with a view differing from the fuzzy darkness.

After a moment or two of collecting himself, his eyes adjusting, the boy would begin to piece things together… fortunately or not. After all, before him stood the sole answer to it all, Evelyn now far above him, her foot settling right to his side. It was quite the struggle not to hold disbelief for the sight, as the only valid explanation remained far out of “reality” as Hue deemed it. His eyes remained fixated at her’s, the shadow of the giantess looming over him as he sat… motionless.

A grin rose to Evelyn’s plush lips, her pale face dominated by a malicious confidence. Tables seemed to have turned in a swift moment, as no more did she hold sadness, nor anger really. All she had dwelling within that head of her’s as of this moment were nothing but ideas. Ideas of what was to come, resulting by the lovely choice of Ev’s~ Never had she felt more fulfilled by the merits of her own work, the tireless nights of pure study finally bearing fruit… and quite the tasty ones at that~ Offering a second or so of spine chilling silence more, the gal would soon Lean, hands ‘top her hips brought her face as close as one could with such a height difference.

“What is it Hue? What’s the awkward silence for?~ Cat caught your tongue?” She would muster with a creepy amount of confidence, not even thinking twice of what she’d done. To her, after all, this was nothing more but a solution. One she was justified to take. It was his fault after all. Right?

Hue didn’t share the same excitement for her success though, rather, disgusted at the lengths she’d gone to. Lengths that proved not a thing had changed, more so, she was far sicker than he could’ve ever presumed. The more he thought about it, the less comfort he would hold in his current position, her debatable sanity not something he would dare lean on. As she got closer with her face, even a shiver would ‘course through him to the slightest glimpse of her expression. Hue tried getting a little distance between the two as he pushed away with his feet.

Though was the such truly more than a naive attempt? No. Not really, as proven by the utter ease Evelyn had in taking a firm grasp of him, her arm barely stretching before her fingers could wrap at his form and pin each of his limbs to her palm, making for quite the tight constraints~

“Say Hue… What is it that I did wrong? Did I not love you? Offer you kindness?” The gal would trail off with her words, not even offering the time for the now miniscule boy to speak before her own grip would tighten. What little air could’ve been in his lungs was quickly shoved out, leaving him at a lack of breath as he panted for air. “Say… If I was a little more cruel, would you love me back?” Evelyn continued with an odd anticipation in her voice, as if she were convincing herself, rather than asking, despite her advantageous position her face expressing… desperation. She was desperate to get him to love her back. Make him love her if it comes to it…

Realising the lack of air she had left him with, her fingers would finally loosen. No more would they wrap at his form, rather, pinching at his clothes as she slowly proceeded to properly stand up. Crouching was quite the hassle after all.

While for Evelyn this might’ve been a rather casual of an act, for Red it was all but, the sudden increase in height a frightening sight to look down on. He had already been panting, grasping for air from his previous position, and yet panic was yet to settle in with the newfound fear of height.

“Oh come on Red, I wasn’t that harsh- Quit being a whiny bitch-” She would scold with rather little compassion, unaware of how impactful even the softest of her gestures was. The gal would even so much as ruffle his hair with the tip of her finger, making it more of a mess than it already was. Whilst he remained speechless, only a grunt or two to be heard in response.

With a malicious smile peering to her lips, Ev would dangle him right before her eyes, making sure he had a fine view of her’s as well~

“This is bound to be fun, don’t cha think? So… Soo many things we oughta do~” She would trail, numerous thoughts plaguing her mind as excitement couldn’t help but dwell within her… Hue on the other hand, surely didn’t share the same feelings on his newfound size, his predicament nothing less than frightening. Even a chill would run down through his whole form at the sound of her ecstatic voice, himself too scared to even begin imagining as to what the devious gal might do with this one-sided dynamic, one he had no say in…

Chapter End Notes:

This one come's a little faster than I intended. After all, I had half of it written down even before I had released the first one. Don't expect the same pace with the next chapter though, as I'm yet to begin writing it. What I can promise though, is that the way more exciting elements will be coming into play from here on out! Hope it's a good read
