Author's Chapter Notes:
Forgiving someone is easier than people tend to think. Especially when you've already done so with much worse.

“Is it REALLY a good idea leaving Aiden alone with Roxy?” Maya questioned, trying to determine whether or not the motives of her giant girlfriend were actually of benefit. While aware of the fact that the scientist wouldn't bring any harm to her favorite little beta, she wasn't really sure if they were at that proper stage of healing just yet. After all, it was YEARS before Aiden wanted anything to do with his once girlfriend, former tormentor, and even then it wasn't a path of full forgiveness “What if he's still mad at her.”

The repression of the Beta's feelings was considered, though it wasn't anything Lyza found herself too concerned with. “He doesn't hate her,” she clarified. “Aiden told me so himself.” He had even gone as far as to acknowledge the cold shoulder treatment he had been giving poor Roxanne, seeing it as unjust. He did want to make good on what he said before, trying to mend any lingering wounds before it was too late. And Lyza, seeing a golden opportunity here, had given him that much needed opening. “Give him a chance.” The designer urged her worried girlfriend. “Aiden's not so inept as to fumble a simple apology. Besides, Roxanne's been wanting to clear the water between the two of them too. Things will be fine, I promise.”

At least that was the hope. Not everything could be accounted for. Still, it was out of Lyza's hands now. That was for the better.

Still, Maya was skeptical. The miniature killer couldn't help but shift uncomfortably even as she was gently placed on top of the bed of Lyza's makeshift room. A drab, barely lit place much like the rest of the factory, but at least it had some of the designer's flair within it. In the form of clothing, of course, half finished but still of her own designs and set about to adorn any free space. Anything to really take her mind away from the months of struggles.

“Are you sure?” Maya couldn't help but worry, hoping deep down that her friend and first love might be able to reconnect with someone that was… more caring then she could ever hope to be. “I mean it's been awhile since they've talked one on one, and it took Aiden ages to work things out with me… I'm just thinking-”

With a smile, Lyza hushed her little lover. Kneeling down besides the bed frame she gently caressed their cheek with her finger. “That's your issue right now, Love. You're thinking too much, and that's making you worry. Picture it this way, Aiden made up with you didn't he? By comparison to THAT, making amends with Roxy should be a walk in the park.”

Then again their track record with parks wasn't… really… the best…

Though Lyza had absolute confidence everything would go well. She had to if she wanted to remain uninvolved. Besides, if Aiden could mend things with Maya, then just about anything was possible.

“You love Aiden? You trust him? Then let him handle this.” The Designer couldn't help but try her hand at persuading their worrywart of a partner. The night would be filled with tension if they continued on like this, and that'd ruin so much of what she had planned. “He's made of sterner stuff then we give him credit for. The little guy's proven that time and time again.”

And at the end of the day, that was the crux of many things. Aiden's worth, called into question and proven on multiple occasions. Roxanne took advantage of that, and so now it had to be brought into the open. No one but those two could do this.

“Besides, don't you think you have OTHER things you should be focusing on?” the designer asked with a smile, turning around as Maya began to pace.

Lyza was right.

Of course she was, there wasn't a point where time couldn't be recalled that they weren't. But out of all the people they knew, which… honestly wasn't many, when it came to matters of the psychopath's first real love, there was hardly any room for rational thought. She would worry over every little detail. Doubly so seeing as she has made it her goal to keep Aiden safe. After all the shit she's put him through, that was the least she could do.

But what made things so damn difficult now was how such a promise could actually IMPEDE any form of healing. Perhaps stunting it entirely.

It was just so frustrating!

Even if Roxanne was trusted…

Even if she did shrink down her former colleague when he was discovered to be a rat…

And EVEN IF everything went swimmingly in this talk between her and Aiden, Maya wanted to be there to monitor everything.

She needed to be there.

Pulling at her hair, Maya couldn't stop herself from biting away at her lower lip, even past the point it had begun to run red. No matter how hard she tried to fight her urges, the thought of Aiden facing this challenge alone was forcing them to bubble to the surface. She could feel her mind slipping, cracking away like glass on stone… until it finally made the decision for her.

“Actually, I think I should go and back Aiden up,” The well-intended, but undeniably unstable, psychopath suggested. Her pacing came to a halt, fully believing herself to be the ideal person in easing out whatever conversation was being had between the scientist and beta.

Because rationality and care in sensitive topics were both absolutely her strong suits…

“I feel as though, if I'm the one by his side, it'll be much easier for Aiden to say what he has to say. I mean, who better than someone that ruined his life twice and he STILL managed to forgive… right?”

Maya was aiming for some form of confirmation. A sign that she'd be allowed to stand by her first love's side. They couldn't really walk there themselves, after all. She was far too small for that. But with an extra push, she'd be right besides her beloved beta the whole way.

Regardless of whether he wanted it or not…

Yet when nothing was said the doll-sized serial killer turned to Lyza, the Designer having been quiet as her little lover worked through her mental hurdles.

“Right? Lyza? I'm… not being obsessive, if that's what you're thinking…” she could say it anyway she wished, that's precisely what it was. “I just want to make sure Aiden's fine. That's all.”

Again, further silence.

When finally her focus fully fell upon her titanic girlfriend, Maya at last caught onto what they had said prior, and how their focus was better directed elsewhere. “This is… that ‘other thing’ you were talking about, isn't it?”

Before her stood Lyza in all her glory, half naked, save for a matching set of black laced panties and bra. She towered over the shrunken serial killer, a pearly white grin on her face as her crimson eyes pierced through the dimly lit room. “Goodness, aren't you quick?” The designer teased with a wiggle of her hips. The pressure and power placed upon her legs from such simple motions… Maya doubted Lyza was even aware of such unconscious effort, and yet they were still more than enough to pulverize anyone the size of a doll. A thought that made the pint-sized murderer shudder in delight.

Kneeling down, the designer brought her monolithic form closer to their now blushing partner, allowing them to fully enjoy the sights that come with their size. “But to answer your question, yes. Yes it is.”

Despite her at times seditionary lifestyle and choice of business, Lyza was by no means an unhealthy woman. On the contrary, Hers was a surprisingly firm build. Not too strong yet not too relaxed, and though she's shown that she's capable of eating more than her fair share in a meal, it's never been enough to really weigh her down. A blessed metabolism for one who was too often stuck in a single place for extended periods of time, forced to work the most time consuming and stationary of tasks. Paired with now flawless porcelain skin, as well as silvery white hair that shone like a star in the night sky, it proved to be a sight that most anyone would wish to witness.

A show that, at this moment, belonged to Maya and her alone.

The miniature murderer's mind was instantly reduced to nothing. A hollow gourd filled only with adoration for their goddess. For Maya to call Lyza beautiful now would be an understatement.

They were divine in her eyes, deserving of everything in this world and beyond.

No words could do it all justice, and so Maya only stood by and watched on with mouth agape; dumbfounded.

What Lyza wouldn't give to just pick up the little monster of a woman now and slather them in kisses. They were just too cute. “You're probably wondering WHY I decided to strip down.” The designer asked, having realized that her love struck girlfriend couldn't possibly speak right now. They were too busy being mesmerized. “Well, for starters, I've been out walking all day. A bath is in order, and I was hoping for some company.”

Did she even have to ask? At the drop of a hat Maya would be BEYOND ecstatic to jump right in with Lyza.

But before they could make that known, Lyza turned around, presenting her moon-like rear before the doll-sized woman. Their face flushed red upon seeing the boat-sized butt, and for a brief moment it felt as though they might lose consciousness altogether.

Once again, Maya will never understand how someone could possibly grow tired of such sights. It was all she could do to not pass out from the sheer excitement she felt.

That said, moving away was… rather important.

Though she was aware of what she was doing to her girlfriend, Lyza didn't take too much care into placing consideration on where it was she descended. The downside of Maya's superior size, as compared to other smaller betas, was that not as much care was exercised in how she was handled.

So, as a shadow soon fell upon the mini psycho, it was up to her to move before breaking beneath Lyza's weight.

A… not at all unappealing prospect in all honesty, but broken bones would ruin a great many things before they could even begin.

Maya jumped out of the way mere moments before Lyza rested herself fully on top of the mattress, her weight completely placed on where her little lover once was. With a sigh, the designer got herself comfortably, unaware of or simply uncaring towards the near accident she almost caused. Whatever the case was, it seemed as though her toy sized companion hardly cared for the fate that nearly befell them.

As they picked themselves up, all Maya could do was look at the towering, divine figure that was Lyza Vermont. This close now, only a few inches away from touching her marvelous thighs, it was truly as though some demigod had descended down from the great hereafter to rest alongside those of the status of vermin.

The shrunken psychopath was even willing to admit that she might have held some regret over having jumped out of the way too early. She acted too quickly, and while it might have been a painful and possibly fatal interaction, Maya couldn't help but wonder what it must be like to be underneath all that thousands of pounds of ass; quite probably hundreds of thousands were she to be any smaller.

Not yet finished though with her game, Lyza continued to situate herself further on top of the mattress, getting comfortable as she wrapped her fingers comfortably around her lover's fragile body; effectively breaking them out of their world of wonderment. She raised them up high as a smile stretched across both of their faces.

“But before we can do anything, I also want to put your small self to good use,” the flustered designer explained, her own cheeks now running red with lustful desire. Though her mental state was falling from the stimuli she was experiencing, Maya could tell just from looking into Lyza's eyes that this topic in particular was something that's been on her mind for a good while now. “You see… it probably won't be long before Roxanne fixes you. And we've had so few opportunities to have some fun. Sooo… how about this? No extra treats, no interruptions; just you, me, and whatever our sick imaginations can come up with.”

For months, time had not been on their side. Every moment was one of worry, every minute plagued with the fear of being found. With that looming terror and worry came the need to occupy both body and mind, and so Lyza and Maya had kept themselves busy in their own different ways. While the latter had Aiden to spend her time with, it was the designer who spent most of hers alongside Roxanne and Matthias; all of them looking for some means of freeing themselves from the unseen clutches of those that would see them ruined.

Or dead.

Now that their goal was in sight… Lyza saw her chance. An opportunity for some… much needed release…

“How about it, Love? We enjoy ourselves tonight, while Aiden and Roxy deal with their own stuff?” Though her tone was alluring, filled to the brim with sinful decadence, Lyza's body betrayed her desire. Though she acted as though she were the one in command, all Maya could see, as well as feel, was how their body shook in silent, barely contained, frustration.

 Desperate.

Ravenous.

In desperate need of a release from all this tension… before they truly reached the point of no return in their shared journey.

“Come on… for me?” the designer pleaded with a pout. “I promise, you'll love every moment of it.”

It was quite the conundrum Maya found herself in. On one hand she had Aiden, whose safety and wellbeing plagued her every thought. On the other, there were her own internal cravings that just NEEDED to be tended to. And Lyza did go out of her way to make herself look as ravishing as possible… even if they already were on a daily basis. It'd be rude of the pint-sized murderer to deny such an enticing request…

Seeing their mind running through the possibilities, weighing what should be done with what was desired, Lyza steadily saw her window of opportunity closing. "Do this for me, and I'll give you a nice massage between my tootsies~.” She acted fast, using the first sweetener to this already tantalizing deal that came to mind.

It was a dirty trick to employ, but one that ultimately paid off in the end. Gritting her teeth, Maya couldn't fight it back anymore. It was all too much to bear. A choice was made, and it was clear by how fast their body began to head up on which one had been picked.

Lyza was right. She normally was. They both needed this. More than Maya needed to be besides her One and Only.

He would be fine. Aiden can handle whatever it is he and Roxanne will discuss.

And if they couldn't… Well, that was a bridge to cross later.

A tension hung in the air. Something which Aiden had gotten a tad bit used to as time went on. To say he's become accustomed to these sorts of meetings was nothing short of accurate. By this point they may as well have been second nature.

First there was Lyza, growing close to her until it reached the point where the two could actually be considered friends. Perhaps even closer than that. Then there was Maya, a monumental task in trying to rekindle lost affection for her. A success, though one that would still come with yet to be seen hurdles as time progressed. Now, at the end of all that, waited the last obstacle to face. The trial that was self healing.

Roxanne… one of those great minds who, in a bid to rule the world, had set the foundation for ruining that which they coveted. A key player in upsetting the natural balance of… everything. Second only to Josephine Minerva herself, there were perhaps none that remained who were more influential than Roxanne.

In more ways than one, were it not for her, Aiden wouldn't even be here.

Yes, Maya may have flipped the switch which turned the whole damn world upside down, but without the hyper intelligent scientist that set everything in motion none of what has happened throughout the years would have ever come to pass.

Roxanne… was the start of it all. The reason why Aiden was so damn important to so many people. She… made him that way.

Through simply existing, they both upset the natural order of the world. And yet, still through all of that, they… tried to see the better person within one another.

Aiden didn't hate Roxanne. Not really. He was mad at first, that was understandable, and as time went on he's even come to understand her reasons for previous deceit. Why, despite already knowing much of what the beta would eventually learn, she'd allow him to throw himself in harm's way.

…because she wanted Aiden to feel human again. To be important

To gain all that she took away.

It was an issue that has plagued the shrunken man time and time again. His self worth, and how it was often dictated by the value placed upon him by others. Maya, Lyza, Lynnette, there was a form of value placed on him by all three; whether it be as an obsession, companionship, or the key to fulfilling a long sought dream.

That was his worth to them, and while the benefits and appreciation of some certainly outweighed others… Those were all decided for him. He rarely had the chance to decide for himself what he wanted.

But If Aiden could prove to himself what he was truly capable of, show that he wasn't some object to be coveted or treated as a pet, it'd… do something. Change everything? Give him the boost in motivation he needed? The beta wasn't sure, yet he felt as if it were a step in the right direction.

And Roxanne gave him this… granted him that opportunity… and he shunned her for it.

It wasn't a pleasant feeling to focus on. Honestly, it made him feel like shit. And the strangest thing of all… was how it shouldn't.

“I'm sorry…” the beta said again, realizing that the towering blonde of a scientist had fallen silent. As one might expect from such a confession, Roxanne was confused over what she had just heard.

Eventually, she snapped herself out of her bewilderment, her eyes widening as she processed what Aiden had just said.

An apology? To her? “No… no no, you're the last person who should be apologizing, Aiden.” Roxanne tried to correct. “If… if anything, it should be ME that's apologizing to YOU.”

Aiden just shrugged. She was probably right, though in truth the thought hadn't really crossed his mind. “Doesn't feel like it. Besides, it's not like you didn't do anything wrong. I mean… not really.”

Exasperated, Roxanne practically threw herself up the moment she heard that, the heft of her body creating nothing short of an updraft; the pull of which was strong enough that, for a moment, Aiden felt as though he might actually get sucked along with it. When she saw the effect she had on the much smaller beta, the scientist retreated downward, afraid that she'd do more harm than good once again.

“See what I mean!? I've done everything wrong!” Roxanne steadied herself, making sure that her body was as still as can be when talking to her companion. It's been so long since the two had actually interacted like this that, looking down at Aiden now, she had all but forgotten how small he really was. Rather embarrassingly, she could barely even see him past her chest, actually needing to position herself in such a way so that she'd be able to spot the beta.

He was smaller before when they used to live together… much smaller… but even this… it was quite the stark reminder that care needed to be exercised to just hold a conversation.

The scientist hesitated in her approach, and Aiden saw this.

“You don't have to be afraid,” the beta said with as loud a tone as needed to reach Roxanne's ears. At the same time, he dusted off his clothes, ridding himself of any dirt and dust that may have clung to him because of her movements. “I only wanted to apologize for how I've been treating you. I won't get mad.”

“But you have every right to be mad!’ Roxanne shouted. She immediately raised both hands to her mouth, silencing herself the moment she realized her voice had been raised to such a volume that Aiden needed to cover his ears. Wincing in immediate regret, this felt like yet another addition to the still growing pit of guilt the scientist felt in her gut. “I… broke your trust.” She said, her expression breaking. “I ruined your life…”

“You… you should be FURIOUS!” In Roxanne's mind, Aiden had every right to loathe her. All that she's done to the world, along with the people within it… none of it hurt nearly as much as ruining him. Someone she could actually consider a friend. The first friend in fact, after years of surviving on her own, in a life befitting a rodent. Betraying the trust he placed in her. Nearly getting him killed. That was a wound that couldn't be healed as simply as what was being offered.

She LIKED Aiden. Respected him a great deal for surviving all that he had; with his sanity in check no less. “After I took advantage of you, practically handed you to Lynette on a silver platter, I'd think that you'd hate me. But… you don't…”

Aiden remained unbothered. None of it phased him anymore. It couldn't, lest his mind have gone to tatters long ago. “Well, you wouldn't be the first person to ruin my life, you know.” he admitted. For a brief second, Roxanne believed he might even be in agreement with her. “But you're far from the one who's done the most damage.”

And just like that, she's lost him. None of it made a lick of sense to Roxanne anymore.

She didn't deserve this. Not this opportunity to heal, and most certainly not from someone she held in such high regard.

Roxanne manipulated Aiden along with the rest of the group. Maya, Lyza, they all trusted her. Yet what did she do to repay their trust? She withheld information. Important details that, without prior knowledge to, nearly got them all killed. She never wanted them to get hurt. Really, she didn't. Nor did she wish for any of them to end up dead. In the end though, All Roxanne did was prove that she was no better than Matthias.

Hell, she felt worse than that rat. He had the intention of betraying them all. Roxanne though? To her it came as easily as breathing; effortless and unconscious.

Nearly falling to her knees, the gargantuan woman rested her head upon the table, shielding herself from all view as a means to hide away.

Aiden couldn't help but chuckle at the almost child-like behavior of it all. “What do you think you're doing?” He asked, hands on hips; an amused smile on his face.

Without so much as raising her head to address him, Roxanne replied “Stopping myself from messing things up further.”

The beta tried to plan for the things that might potentially happen to him. He was safer that way, whether it be in regards to his physical safety or mental stability. Anger, frustration, maybe even a few tears. He had planned for all those potential outcomes. This however went past his expectations.

Roxanne continued to surprise him, even now.

Moving forward, Aiden took this chance to rest against the wallowing giantess’ right hand; sitting on top of her index finger while he collected his thoughts.

“You know, if it weren't for you ‘messing things up’, I wouldn't even be here right now.”

He's been here before, in a situation just like this one.

Months ago with Maya, Aiden was in this exact same spot. Someone believing they had ruined his life, while he instead came to realize that all he had now was a result of misfortunes that had to be endured. Sure it sucked, and while he wouldn't wish to experience any such pain in this lifetime again, as well as any subsequent ones afterward, there was still… gratitude.

As strange a thing it was to admit, it was there. Gratitude towards those who wronged him. An odd admission, especially when one such person was his actual murderer. But then Aiden was odd himself. They all were. And so he was grateful to have had his life taken before being changed into whatever form it was now.

“I actually feel like I should be thanking you for ruining the world,” the shrunken man admitted, placing his true feelings out to be seen in full. “Without you… Maya… shit, even Lyza, I wouldn't have had a life worth living a damn. Though you probably won't accept it… thank you for that, Roxy… truly, thank you for making my second chance worth something.”

The scientist's finger twitched. She heard that right, Aiden had actually… thanked her. For ruining the world? For damning him to a miniature hell?

It sounded so… odd coming from his mouth.

Selfish on one hand, to be pleased with the world's state, and concerning on the other when regarding how he viewed his station in life. He deserved better, and yet chose this?

Roxanne raised her head slightly, confused, intent on clearing the quite likely addled mind of her companion. “How could you possibly be grateful towards me?”

If there was one thing Roxanne was right about it's that Aiden had every single right to hate her. But then the same could be said of Maya and HER history with the beta. It's as he already understood, he's been here before and with a far worse individual. If Aiden could mend things with his obsessive ex, then just about anything after was possible.

“I'll tell you what I told Maya,” Aiden began. He stood up and off of Roxanne's finger, turning and gesturing for her to open her hand. Understandably hesitant at first, slowly, carefully, she eventually complied, and the beta took his first steps onto the soft skin of her palm. Their first physical contact in months. It was enough to have Roxanne catch her next breath in her throat. An act which made Aiden laugh.

That laugh however proved very short lived, steadily dying down as his smile softened.

“My life before wasn't going anywhere… Sure, I was getting a good education, but that didn't matter much to me in the end. After my family died, and after my 'friends’ left me, I… didn't have much of anything left.”

Roxanne already knew this, of course. It was part of Aiden's files, and was a main reason as to why he, along with several others, were chosen as the first test subjects for the original beta formula. No family, no close connections, thus no one to look into his sudden disappearance from the known world.

And no one to miss him should his name be stricken from record.

Maya may have gotten to him first, but Aiden was already slated to be used like a lab rat. Even without him having realized it at the time, his life was already over.

“Had I not been killed, and had I not been shrunken down, I would have none of the luxuries I do now.” The beta continued. “You know… it was Maya who actually pointed that out. She even said that I'd have probably lived my old life up until I eventually just… gave up. Chose the easy way out. The rope necklace she called it.”

“Bullshit.” Roxanne spoke flatly. It was a genuine reaction that stirred her from her stupor. Like the serial killer before her, the scientist raised her head high, with as serious an expression as any Aiden had seen. “You'd have made something of your life, I'm sure of it. Your academic progress was impressive and the fields you chose pay well. You could have… you…”

Roxanne's arguments quickly died down the moment she saw Aiden's expression. He knew better. They both did. What the scientist was doing was wishful thinking. Blind optimism. Even before he was on Minerva's operating table, Roxanne understood that Aiden's life ended long before Maya had actually gotten to him. Even during the period in which they dated, while she may have given him that breath of fresh air in a dreary existence, that was still only a temporary reprieve from the pain he felt on a daily basis.

Chosen the way he was, with that absolute certainty that he had nothing left to live for, what right did Roxanne have to try and say otherwise?

Despite her words and worries, Aiden only continued to smile. Even now, he found it funny just how much of his life had changed. And against all odds, for the better “But the thing is, I think that's ultimately what was best for me.”

Through it all, he's persevered; whether it be by his own hands or chance, Aiden has made it farther than any other of his kind. He had good, influential companions on the road to global domination. That alone was worth more than any luxury he might possess now or in the future. Though it wouldn't always be easy, nothing worth keeping ever was, and he was intent on holding onto this life that had both its ups and downs.

Meeting Roxanne's magenta eyes, the beta couldn't help but find himself enraptured by them. Not the beauty behind them, but rather he was transfixed with their meaning. Here he was, standing before someone who, like himself, lived a life of hardship as one shrunken down to bug-like heights. Unlike Maya and Lyza, Roxanne knew what he had experienced. Perhaps better than any other as hers were the hands that helped change the world. And now here she stood, restored to her original size, holding Aiden like some fragile pet thanks to the creation of an antidote he could never hope to use. And the thing that didn't even surprise him was just how unbothered he was over that fact.

“I know you won't believe me when I say this,” Aiden started, unsure of where he even wanted to go with this now. “I know you think that you've ruined my life. Shit, you wouldn't be the first. And maybe you did, early on. But the thing is… I'm glad Maya killed me.”

He said it. Aiden finally said it. While previously on the fence over whether or not he has truly accepted the gruesome circumstances of his existence, looking back on it now it was painfully obvious on just how foolish it'd be to try and deny all he's been blessed with.

“I'm… glad she found love with Lyza, and I'm glad they eventually found you. But the thing I'm most grateful for… it's that I got to meet the person who really set my life down the right path, and that I actually got the chance to call them my friend.”

Roxanne found herself speechless. Moments passed and she just stood there stunned. She tried to process what Aiden was admitting to her, she really was, yet everything the giantess thought of inevitably came to the same conclusion.

“You're insane.” Roxanne concluded with an honest smile. Goodness, they all were. Aiden, Maya, and Lyza… and herself. She was no better than any of them, as the longer Roxanne found herself listening to and repeating her companion's admission in her head the more she found herself pleased with it. As though she's finally found those she could truly place her faith in.

Roxanne was beaming. Elated.

These were the people she was meant to be with.

Finally…

“You're really going to forgive me?” The scientist asked with a smile. She was worried that, were she to grin any wider, her face might split in two. “Just like that?”

Sitting down on her remarkably steady palm, Aiden seemed as though all care in the world just left his body. No weight on his shoulders, no regrets. He said all that he needed to, and now whatever might leave his lips would only be the truth. At least when concerning those he cared about. “You're still not convinced? You know I forgive you more than I do Maya, right? She's done better for herself, sure, but that girl has a LOT more to make up for than you do.”

That… was very true. Roxanne didn't even know if she could compare herself to the love-sick murderer when it came to making amends with Aiden. She may very well be out of her league in that regard.

“I enjoy your company,” explained Aiden. “You're a good friend to have. Maybe a tad bit forgetful at times, and you've got your own set of trust issues, but you've never thought to look at me as someone less than yourself. That's something I very much appreciate.”

Of course that was in no small part thanks to their similar backgrounds. Both shrunken and used at the hands of others. There was sympathy to be had on both accounts.

“Now I'll admit, things may not go back to the way they were before, and that's fine, but it'd be a shame if we cut ties between us completely.” Extending his hand forward, the beta gestured for Roxanne to meet it. To accept his compassion and rebuild their wounded relationship. Not broken, like she initially assumed, but instead being given the chance to heal what they had with time. “So… are we still friends?”

Not a single moment was spared in consideration. How could Roxanne possibly refuse?

With her finger extended, she met Aiden's handshake. For a moment the giantess feared it was perhaps too big of a gesture for the much smaller beta, but he made it work, using both hands to shake the far larger extremity.

“You're far too kind for your own good,” Roxanne said, nearly snorting as she watched Aiden shake 'hands’ with her. “That's bound to get you in trouble someday… still, who am I to refuse this wonderful gesture. And besides… you always did give some of the best massages~.”

Aiden's smile returned, growing at the comment, along with the plentiful memories of himself beneath Roxanne's foot. He did recall putting more effort into that than he would other things.

“Oh, so is that why you accepted my apology?” Aiden asked with a laugh. “I mean, I suppose I could offer you some more in the future. That is if you promise to be a bit more forthcoming about any other plans you might have.”

That was an understandable request. While it continued to baffle the scientist over how easily Aiden had forgiven her, Roxanne still did not wish to repeat any of her past mistakes. While she wouldn't always be so informative to those seeking to use her, thereby avoiding another incident like Matthias’, she'd at least the truth to those she cared about.

Aiden chief among those small numbers.

“Hehe… Alright,” Roxanne promised. “I'll do my best to keep you in the loop of things from now on.”

Of course, to keep true to that claim this early on, Roxanne needed to take steps to ensure everyone was aware of what needed to be done. To that end, an intrusion over someone's recent departure was in order.

“In fact, how about we start now?” The scientist questioned with glee as she looked down at a confused Aiden. “We've waited long enough as is, I think it's high time we finally got this show on the road!” He only needed to turn his head towards the direction Roxanne began looking to understand where she was going with this.

Lyza's room, where the designer had escaped; leaving Aiden and Roxanne behind to mend things out between themselves. Potentially noble intentions that they both understood were anything but the whole truth.

They knew that Lyza was quite likely relaxing, waiting for things to blow over tonight so that she won't have to get involved until morning.

Despite Roxanne and Aiden's respect for the woman, her intent here was pretty clear. And even if she did have the best of hopes for the duo, that still didn't mean she wasn't taking this chance for her own benefits. She HAD taken Maya with her, no doubt to have some company and fun. It was obvious as to what they were doing, even if they weren't being directly watched.

To miss important progression for that? Roxanne wouldn't let this stand.

Not having to say a word, Aiden didn't even bother to protest as the scientist made their way to the designer's room. Without word or warning, Roxanne practically threw open the door… only to be greeted with a scene she'd have preferred avoiding entirely.

Maya and Lyza were there, as expected, and they were indeed keeping themselves… 'preoccupied’. In hindsight, Roxanne should have thought this through, as barging in while the couple was enjoying themselves only served as an invitation for trouble.

As the larger of the pair, Lyza was obviously the first to be seen; half naked and with the reddest blush Roxanne's ever seen on their face. They could only watch in stunned silence as the designer moved their body up and down, their legs and feet to be precise, in a constant rhythm… stimulating their partner's far smaller body.

A full-body foot massage, all for her little lover.

At the very edge of the bed where Lyza's well-kept feet were raised, Maya writhed in ecstasy; her whole body sandwiched between two oversized soles. No doubt she wished to be small enough to be covered by them completely, but as things stand now with her current size, it's the best she'll be offered. And judging from the expression upon their face, it was still all the same to them. The pint-sized woman was enjoying every moment of this privilege.

They both were, in fact. Roxanne clearly underestimated how deeply the two of them had been into their foreplay. So much so that she still could not take her eyes off of the scene before her, the scientist's attention falling mainly on Maya's diminutive form. The care that was taken in handling them, yet still delivered with enough pressure to derive pleasure from, it was nothing short of impressive. The psychopath was in a state of pure bliss, unaware of the world around her as their titanic girlfriend flooded her very being with thoughts of adoration, obsession, loyalty, and lust.

While Roxanne has created a formula with which to return Maya to a size closest to her original, she couldn't help but wonder if that's even what they wanted at this point. Looking at how they enjoyed this act of debauchery, she couldn't help but wonder… how might it feel to be in such a position?

Or better yet, to be the one granting such forms of carnal grace. Looking down at Aiden, Roxanne felt her cheeks flush red too, as for but the quickest of moments she saw herself in the same position as Lyza… with her dearest companion between her own extremities. Their smallest of selves, contending with her soft soles.

What a wonderful experience it would be for both of them…

As fast as it had come though, the thought vanished with a shake of the blonde’s head. Roxanne wasn't even sure how such feelings came to the surface, and with Aiden as the focus no less.

Perhaps those old massages of his were craved more than she realized? Or was it something more?

Never mind that, Roxanne still had things to take care of. With a cough she cleared her throat, thereby signaling her arrival. She caught Lyza unawares, and in their surprise she released her hold on her shrunken girlfriend, letting Maya fall onto the bed below. The doll-sized woman struggled to catch her breath, the full body massage she just experienced having been far more than she could apparently handle. Though a love drunk smile was etched across their lips, just looking at them was enough for Roxanne to know that she was out of commission for the rest of the night. Maybe the next few as well.

Lyza on the other hand seemed no worse for wear. If anything, her initial surprise quickly turned to minor annoyance the second she realized her “game” had been interrupted. “Oh, you two... I see you both managed to make amends.” the designer forced a grin on her face, clearly restraining herself from getting after her two intruders. Even if she WAS happy for them, they were getting in the way of the best part of the night. The climax.. “Now, while I'm glad for the two of you, can we please pick things up tomorrow? Maya and I-”

“Were just about to take a break,” Aiden cut in. The beta was able to see, even from his perch on top of Roxanne's hand, that his old flame was nowhere near ready for 'round 2’. They needed their rest regardless of what Lyza said. Thankfully, their One and Only was here to deliver. “This is actually some pretty fantastic timing, seeing as Roxanne has been wanting to tell you something.”

For a second, Lyza remembered as to why she found Aiden so irritating in the past. Unlike others in his position, he never bowed down out of challenging her. A respectable quality, even back then when he had invulnerability on his side and could take greater risks. Now though, the designer would very much prefer it if Aiden could recall those times as well, and think carefully on whether he was willing to interrupt her fun.

Lucky for him, Lyza was no less aware of Maya's condition than the rest of them, even realizing that she may have gone a tad bit overboard in stimulating the little woman. It was a rookie mistake on her part. She just so wanted to make sure that this last night of her being the big one was memorable.

Though… in a way, Lyza supposed she already did.

Whatever the case, she'd pretty much guaranteed that she'd be free for the rest of the time she remained awake. So, despite how much she wished to say otherwise, Lyza had no room to argue here.

With a twitch of her brow, the designer relented. “Alright… fine. What do you want to say?”

The scientist smiled, both at Lyza and down at Aiden. She was excited. Eager to get things started. They'd still need a few days to get things in order, but beyond that she could practically taste it on her tongue.

“Oh, just forget about what I was saying before,” Roxanne requested. Lyza cocked her head slightly to the side; confused. “What matters now is that I know how we're going to take out that sister of yours.”

The world was on the verge of change again.

And nothing would get in the way of this glorious, divine emergence.

Chapter End Notes:

Just a little over two weeks with this one. Not so long compared to older uploads. To make up for that though, I made sure to make this chapter a fair bit lengthier then previous ones.

Enjoy it or not, you already know I appreciate all who read my stuff.

Til the next one, see y'all later.
