Summary:

The Dark Establishment is a grim world for natural tinies, where their rights are limited throughout most of the world, and legal challenges are almost always awarded to a 'normal' scale human in court.  Still, more democratic countries that pride themselves on the concept of equality, regardless of how effective their execution, at least pretend that tinies are treated as normal citizens.  This means that some of the conveniences found in a utopian mixed society can be found, though product testing and quality assurance might not have been as thorough for devices aimed at tiny use or accessibility.  The focus for this series is on a global business only accessible via the dark web, known simply as the Establishment, which can provide just about any service for the right price.  They specialize in secure, contained scenarios, and will provide or acquire the personnel required to help the client live out their fantasy.  They also run a side business where they sell high definition, multi-view recordings of these fantasy engagements to wealthy individuals with eclectic interests around the globe, occasionally planting contractors or employees with related scripted ideas to spice things up for the recordings.

This universe is hardly unique, but if you want to write something in this universe, please let me know of your intentions, and I fully expect I'll greenlight it.  I'm also happy to lend out my OC's from stories in this universe, should you wish to have them cameo, but I do ask that we discuss the particulars first.
