I had a re-read of Chapter 10 (which I assume your referring to). They mention Shrinker but not Lucy. Shrinker is a well known hero with the ability to shrink people. They do not reveal her identity is Lucy. And her powers are already known, so its not much of a reveal.

The NDA has two main sections. 1 is use of powers and it applies to any 'powers' they person sees or hears. So he cannot mention that Shrinker does use shrunken humans like that if he has been told that or seen it in person. (Not to mention he only heard it happens, which would not hold up much in court anyway I would assume without evidence, which the NDA makes hard)

2 is identities, which is why most people sign one per Hero. You cannot learn a heroes identity without signing an NDA and if you learn one, one must be signed ASAP, or the Hero gets in serious trouble and the person 'may' go missing.

Thats why Cindy got Will to sign her NDA as she knew eventually he might learn hers from being around Jessica, so she got him to sign it. Which is also why she did not reveal what her powers were, as the NDA was more for the indentity then the powers (but its still a core item in the NDA)

And I do apologize for that, I try my best but I am not as great as I know some writers are. (Some are insane with details).

I however do leave things to your imagination or have them as 'off comments' as a way to really sink in the deed. So instead of saying a person was turned into a cup and decribe the process, I might mention they are a cup, who the person is and then continue, mentioning how the cup is used. letting the process of the person being a cup be a simple and mindless thing for the user of said cup. I find less is more in those scenarios as just thinking of the consiquences of the act is better then trying to descibe it. Like describing a monster, sometimes your imagination can think of way worse details.

However I do my best to write long chapters filled with details around specific kinky parts, since I do like describing some facts. Most of these are in the Gemma chapters over the Will chapters, but he does get some.
