Surprised Paul hasn't gotten suicidal after all the shit he's been put through, and being forced to fuck his sister against his will.

Not to mention having all his human rights stripped from him and demoted to a pet, someone's propert, I don't know how much longer his sanity can last.

Wouldn't be shocked if he threw himself off a tall structure or slit his wrists.

Sorry for the dark-ish review, but just seeing the treatment he's gotten, one can only wonder just how much longer he can endure such abuse and treatment till he finally has had enough.

And the sad thing is, his sister and others probably wouldn't care (except for thos who sympathise with tinies and wish for them to have rights) it could perhaps make him a marty of sorts, or not, could just be seen as another tiny death that is insignificant in the grand scheme of things of how this world works.

Holy crap. You are SUCH a good writer. Last story my butt, no way you can be this good and retire FOREVER. Maybe just a good break :)

Also, I feel like Paul, was MVP. He did keep the team well-fed all week long...

"he experienced an event that would change the nature of his life here". I think he and Brie are about to get very intimate... you know what would be interesting? Paul ending up under her foot or vagina and making Brie experience extreme bliss without knowing that it's her brother down there. Paul wasn't supposed to join the team celebration - Brie didn't commanded him to undress and play along. It was the team - and when she realizes what happened, she starts to freak out, after all it's one thing to tease Paul for fun and other completely different to actually climax because of him. Worse: she wants more and she knows their mother will kill both if she ever finds out... I guess Paul will have no choice but to stay as her property forever... kkkkk

Another great chapter. Can't wait for the next one!

I am horrified by the treatment that Paul receives from the whole family. I understand that one or two members might not get along, but mom and Sarah are two ice-cold bitchs, while Brie is a nymphomaniac who uses tinies for pleasure - and I totally hope to see Paul getting really intimate with Brie and her feet XDD, after all, she is the opposite of Sarah, so I am guessing she isn't as cold and uncarrying but quite impulsive and reckless.

Someone sugested and I liked the idea of Paul turning out to be really good at soccer, becoming the ace of the team. In other words, find his place as a tiny. So much that he starts taking over as Brie favorite. That might bring in some conflict, and I don't mean only for Paul. While Brie might tease, Paul is still her brother and feeling aroused for him is bound to invite a mix of guilty and pleasure as well as possessiveness over him, witch can collide with other bigs like Hannah, Jen and even his mother.

Oh yes, his mother. It would be quite scandalous if someone got wind that her daughter is 'forcing' her shrunken brother into an incestuous and bussiness relationship. The mother would have to step in again, blame Sarah for handing Paul to Brie and agree to hand Paul to Hannah for the time being - against Brie and Jen will, obviously.

Also, if the shrinking virus still affecting the population, we can assume a cure is being researched, right? I thought about this when Paul confused Sarah for Katelyn.

Great work. Thank you for always updating so quickly and for sharing your tallent with us.

I'm really liking the Brie/Paul portion of the story. Much more direct interaction between Paul and the full-sized Brie vs the minimal interaction with Sarah.  I really hope that this portion of the story can last a little while.  I'm hoping for some foot action - maybe somehow she blames him for them losing the game and punishes him somehow - or just like this chapter, just makes him rub her feet for her own arousal.  In any case, this story is already a classic and I hope it lasts for a much longer time - so much more to explore, especially with multiple full-size characters he hasn't interacted with yet (his mom, Jen, and Hannah).  In fact, Brie sounds like she wants to playfully humiliate him, maybe by inviting Jen over for a bit.

Oh, one more thing. I think a few things could happen at Brie’s.

One of the players will get injured and Jeff can’t patch him on time for a game. Then Paul gets subbed into the match and he is pulling the team down. However, someone kicks the ball and it bounces off Paul, knocking him out, but the ball goes into the goal, winning the game for Brie. After a few days, Paul wakes up and is treated like a hero.

Another possibility is Paul screws up somehow. Can’t keep up, puts red sock in washing machine, or can’t handle the open showers or something. Brie then is forced to hand Paul to his mom.

So those are my predictions

Whoa!

I did not expect the fun at Sarah’s to be over already. Least of all, to be handed to Brie. I still prefer Sarah over Brie, so it would have been cool to see more of her punish Paul. Maybe next time.

I like the surprising care that Brie shows toward Paul. She messes with him as a big, but cares for him as a tiny. I thought she would be a nasty giantess that abuses the crap out of Paul. It’s nice that Paul gets a break and by getting a break, I mean, he is treated just like the rest of the crew.

Kyle, Jeff and the other 9 guys. Those guys seem awesome. Sounds like a bunch of college dudes. If Paul shrunk down and got handed to Brie immediately, he would complain. But since he went through Barney’s house of terror, Brie’s tiny group isn’t that bad and I think Paul is grateful for it. He doesn’t seem like he wants to get out of there or anything.

Anyway, I can’t wait for the next chapter!

Well I find it interesting. I hope you can keep it believable.
If have no problem with humiliation and his hardships, but this shrinking of Paul cannot be without problems for his family. Actions must have consequences along the way or in the end.
Can you imagine his sister telling or gets questions about selling her brother from others. Even in this kind of society, that would make you look very bad.

From Brie I expect not that she treats him the same as others. She has a history with him and I expect more curiosty from her.
I dont expect her to show it clearly, but the fact that his sister treats him that way must sometimes cross her mind of what kind of person she is dealing with.

This is what I see in to many stories, no consequences for others, only the shrinkee.

But judging from your previous writing, you probably have some interesting psychological stuff in mind and a good story. :)

This chapter actually threw me for a loop. I thought for sure he was in for more torment at Sarah's house, but I guess she's in character down to a T, cold, unfeeling, and she never wanted him and just wants to get rid of him.

Being at Brie's house will be interesting. Something seems off already. She was pretty hyped to have him for some reason. And those two guys on her team were just hanging out at her shoe voluntarily. I have a suspicion that she uses her soccer team for something more than just sports. Like, every day she has them all partake in some massive orgy where they all service her body or something. She's hyped for having Paul becuase she gets to make him lick her armpits or feet clean or something.

Eh, I'd prefer to be there rather than with some unfeeling witch who's ready to crush me under her shoe the moment I cause a minor inconvenience lol.

Great story Benton enjoying every moment of it. Not many stories go into much details of a tinies life. I really dont like Sarah she wouldnt even give Paul a chance to explain anything while i feel he will have a better time with Brie. Thinking Paul will start working out with the team making him tougher.

Im also thinking Paul's Mom still cares for him but is just to busy with work and trying to find a way to keep him at home without affecting her or him. Guessing something will go down when Brie and Sarah have diner with their mom and she finds out what Sarah and her tinies did to Paul which will probably end badly for Sarah if Mom still cares for Paul.

Keep up the great writing cant wait for more.

I love it that you go for the story and the psychological stuff. These are the best size difference stories.

I dislike the pure smut stories. There are so many off them on this site, that good stories like this one are harder too find.

No one is perfect and the family itself is probably under a lot of pressure.
But when you treat your family members like this, there is NO excuse.
There could be more to it that Paul has created a more diffucult situation for the family than we realize. We don't know al the facts yet. I still dislike Sarah and his family, not someone I want to be friends with.

People really underestimate solitary confinement.

What is also interesting about shrinking stories is trust and betrayal and finding out who your real friends are.

Interesting possibilities brought up by other reviewers.

Good story. Looking forward to the next chapter.

Author's Response:

It's hard to know exactly what Paul's family truly thinks about the situation because we only see through Paul's eyes. It's generally considered an embarassment if there's a Shrinker in your family--it's a cultural norm that's developed in Big society--but most families aren't as dead-set on making their shrinker "go away" as Paul's family is.

I thought I was clever predicting that Paul would be taken out of the box soon to continue the story.

Somehow you created an entire chapter with Paul stuck in the box. The young Benton would have needed something else to happen to make the story progress. However, Im impressed by how you used his inner thoughts to weave memories, dreams, and maybe some sort of telepathy to Katelyn.

Not much else to say about this chapter. I just still can’t believe you wrote an entire chapter with Paul still stuck in the box! Lol.

Well, I can’t wait for the next chapter, and if Paul is still in the box, I don’t know what I’m going to do, haha.

Author's Response:

Tbh I even surprised myself that I was able to pull off a full chapter about a man in a box.

First of all I really like your story

World considerations:

1 person out of 200 was immune. Approximately 2 million "BIGS" in the USA 0.6% of the population;This means that approximately 325 million are "Smalls" in the USA 99.4% of the society;

It makes no sense that the "Smalls" who went to live alone have become primitive, at a high likelihood of little ones having all kinds of knowledge and thus adapting to the environment forming a new society, of course millions must have died to the hostile environment but sure they will prevail even more with the abundance of resources and thinking minds would soon be creating factories and their technological advances would be bigger than that of the "BIGS".
Possibly they would become an extremely armed society to make up for their lack size and physical strength eventually becoming a danger to the "BIGS" during these almost 200 years;Just imagine the technological evolution that took place from 1800 to 2000.

Among men 1 in 10 Bigs can become a small;Among women 1 in 20 can become a small;Growers are a extremely rare possibility for a Small to become a Big

Regarding the smalls that stayed with the bigs, I can clearly see this movement to enslave then over the generations.

Character considerations:

Doris - Paul's MomSenator who fights for smalls' rights in this world would be something like "animal rights"How Paul has shrunk affects her:It can compromise her political ambitions by saying that she only fights for the rights of the "Smalls" by having such a child.
Doris' options for preventing reputation loss:

Kill Paul and Katelyn to prevent information leakage

Hide Paul and kill Katelyn for information leak

I understand Doris' actions.

Older sister Sarah 21 years oldShe was tasked by the mother to hide Paul from the world.
Mistake # 1 - If Paul should be hidden from the world in order to avoid problems for Doris then why invest him in Sarah's Model business? (Possibility of information leakage)

Mistake # 2 - Didn't order Barney to keep Paul's origin secret (Possibility of information leakage)

Mistake # 3 - Paul was not ordered to keep his origin secret (Possibility of information leakage)

Mistake # 4 - Because they sold Katelyn - She is a danger to Doris's reputation. // I prefer to believe that they killed her and told Paul that so he wouldn't be so sad.
From the interaction she has had with Paul so far, she appears to be a monster showing herself cold and distant.

   Comparisons:

If Paul dies everyone in the family would be devastated

If Paul had Alzheimer and couldn't remember almost anything, the family would be at his side taking care of him

If Paul were to become paralyzed from neck down, the family would try everything to make his lives easier and if it is possible to adapt the house to his special needs.

If Paul shrinks he becomes a problem for everyone in the family and must be treated immediately as a property without any feelings.

Her other sister Brie - Big

He never visited Paul at his sister Sarah's house:

   Possibilities:

Sarah does not allow Brie to visit him

Brie has a personality as monstrous as her sister's.

Hannah - Big

Paul is in love with her.

Until the moment without interaction with Paul the "Small"

We don't know if you tried to make contact with Paul's family

It makes sense because Paul is a secret now.

Jen - Big

   Seem to like Paul

Until the moment without interaction with Paul the "Small"

We don't know if you tried to make contact with Paul's family

It makes sense because Paul is a secret now.

Katelyn - Small

   It was Paul's “companions”

   She Loved Paul

We do not know her fate

   Unconfirmed facts:

       She was sold

She was abducted by Sarah who was amused to see Barney having sex with her.

Barney - Small

   Sarah's "companions"

I understand his actions and his willingness to humiliate Paul as much as possible for being a Big that he envies.

Bethany - Small

Her father was Big and he was treated like a pet loved by his family that gave him a better than average life for a Small.

   She was Doris' "companions"

Author's Response:

Wow that is a lot of thought that you put into that!

In response to the world-building comments: When the Smalls set out to live harsh lives out in the environment, they had to spend pretty much all their time and energy on food, shelter, and basic defense from Bigs and hostile animals. They did not become feral right away; the first Frees born after the Great Shrink were still educated to an extent by their parents/community, but this generation found that education to be meaningless to their lives and by and large did not pass it on to their kids. By about three generations in the Frees were almost all illiterate. Their limited ability to manipulate the world with their tiny bodies combined with their harsh lives doesn't leave much room to develop a technological society even if they had access to the reasources they would need to build one, which they don't. That's not to say they haven't innovated in some ways: The Frees have become experts in breeding certain forms of poisonous plants to use in anti-Big traps, for instance. The Frees have made the wild countryside so dangerous that Bigs won't leave their settlements without specialized equiptment. Gettysburg is an anomaly of urban civilization--most Bigs live in small, poor, isolated communities. Also, it is worth mentioning that without the infastructure of advanced pre-duality civilization, technology has regressed and computers are basically non-existant. Energy is generated through fossil fuels and wood burning (both coal and timber being plentiful in Pennsylvania), and very few people own cars--even Paul's family, which is relatively wealthy by the standards of the day--doesn't own a car. Planes are even rarer and are only used by top government/military officials. The technological level of Big society is roughly the equivelent of mid-20th century America.
