I agree with Wildcat. Thats quite a population. Now imagine if this took place on an island that was 100% women, and this one sailor crashed his boat nearby and crawled to shore while hundreds of sexy women are eager to have him.
Also, I noticed that many of your ideas include growing. I tend to avoid growing because I feel like everyone will notice a giantess, but no one will notice a person shrinking. Thats why I like shrinking, and why I also like your 4th idea.
