I'm not a believer in the eternal torment concept myself. I think that doctrine has its roots in paganism and misunderstanding the Bible. (Not sure if this was just a story or you were trying to say something about the topic too).
I'm theologically convinced that God will take the Christians to heaven and later the new earth, and the non Christians (those who've rejected a relationship with their creator and saviour Jesus) will face quick clean deaths and be lost forever.
But no eternal torment. If you've suffered any stress from hearing that eternal suffering concept preached at you, I apologise on behalf of the church. It's a sleight on the character of God.

Well written and straight to the good stuff. It's not often you see a digested alive story, I do like those. I would say I could help, but I have apparently not been in my writing spirit as of late and am well behind with my own projects, lol. I look forward to more of this though and best of luck :)
