This has been one of my favourite stories on here for months, I really looked forward to a new Installment every Monday, but I have tbh, the ending was so rushed. It felt like you just had enough of writing it and went to the extremes with the killings.
Kelsey was a great creation so to have them all killed to 2 characters we barely had time with is definitely the sign of rushing.

Brooke seems like one of the most evil characters you've come up with. She really makes people like Chelsea and The Sachs seem like saints.
The ending gives me pause that Kels might not be very high on the food chain as she is now come next chapter.

I could be wrong BUT I lowkey have been thinking they are connected somehow(Brooke) to the shrinking beer in bad day for Chelsea. I could definitely see them being involved for some reason.

Still rooting for Ethan/Sam maybe more than other protagonists you've made since they do hypothetically have a chance to grow back instead of a virus etc.

This is one of the most developed psychological breaking stories. Introducing another tiny (especially one with a complicated relationship to Evan) is a great way to keep the story going in a new direction. It'll be interesting to see how Evan tries to both hold onto his safe place but also now being propelled by embarrassment from being seen this way by his ex.
