Probably treated similarly to POWs, I doubt the Aelmari or the people of New Aragon would just leave them frozen in the tubes.

Minor disappointment they couldn’t have a fully intact Archon chip to revers engineer back on the word ships, but a wreck will suffice to get that sweet tech.

I just caught myself up on this story! The setting is wonderful, and sometimes I find myself more drawn to it than the smut. Archons be strange. Absolutely loving it so far!
I haven't written in a while, but part of me wants to try something with the setting, dunno if I'd ever get it done though.

The series page is open if you want to give it a shot, you could always make a short one-shot or something and see if it appeals to you, the setting is broad enough that you could tell almost any kind of story you wanted here. Glad you're enjoying the story, I have a lot of fun with this one, I hope the Archons lived up to the hype after being foreshadowed since way back in the second story arc.

Author's Response: There might be something that can be salvaged from the ship, but the priority at the time was winning the battle and getting out alive, obviously with quite a bit of collateral damage. Overall though even if the ship and the station are flattened killing an Archon is a pretty impressive achievement for our heroes.
