A good start to another ark!

Well that happened to Jim, I suppose all this is general good recording for when humans in mass get psychic powers, or use them to even out with the inhabitants if the galaxy.

I'm inclined right now to think that psychic powers only allow shrinking and returning to "normal," but even that would let humans approach the galaxy on more equal terms, not to mention all the other potential psi abilities.
