I actually wanted this one to mostly focus on the club on a "regular night".
I have a sequel in mind that will probably touch on some of those themes you mentioned here. I want to write a few other stories I have in mind before I come back to this though, so keep an eye out!
(I might put a very short Epilogue chapter out later this week to better hint towards the sequel.)

I really enjoy this concept, especially the thought of shrinking to tiny size on a 50 foot woman's sandal or shoe! The mix of giant and micro sizes is great, and I love this Bachellor Bus!
Imagine driving down the length of a 50 foot woman's body in that thing and it keeps shrinking as it goes so the distance keeps getting larger as it gets closer to her toes, and by the end of it they're stranded on her toenail helplessly watching a gemstone grow to the size of a mountain!

Another idea, the club can get actual used or slated to be destroyed vehicles, cars, buses, trains, plains etc. and girls use them obviously. Could be used in a rampage set, some kind of chase where the girls try and get the customer in a shrunken vehicles, or must watch them crush said shrunken vehicles. Might be interesting world-building to know what/if there are issues or differences in training are for such stuff, cause broken car glass at that inside soft tissue is probably not health if done wrong.
And if they can all go that small, I bet that helps with city scale sets, or thinks that would normally take up and impractical amount of room/space.

Only adition I can think of, and from ehat you have you still have a tone to work with as you want, is that some of the girls might have wedge shoes that are hollow so that other girls can be inside them. When the girld wearing the heels is a giantess, thes a smaller girls just dancing and such inside (possibly even normal sized), and when small, just knowing is hot. Or visitors could take a ride in them themselves.Perhaps there is even a part of the glub that lets women rent out such hollow wedge heels to wear at the club.
