OK! I'm back as promised.

And Mark's right. Even with a Presidential order, what the CIA did would never be legal as they are not allowed to operate, domestically. It's the FBI that would have (and should have) handled the confiscation. I'm willing to concede, however, that maybe it's the NSA--National Security Agency--that were responsible...by posing as the CIA!

After all, they monitor all electronic intelligence in regard to what they eponymously safeguard. So, maybe they noticed all the computer hacking going on, within their most innovative government contractor, and investigated, accordingly.
