A nice start. I would recomend using paragraphs. It makes it easier to read.

Loving the details. Would love to see a longer chapters about being trapped in her shoe with her unaware. Especially love details on the sights, smells and tastes. Maybe faith will go about a normal day and he'll be trapped under her feet withouy her knowledge, slowly suffering from the dirt, sweat and horrible odor at the other end of his fetish.
