You captured the tone really well. One thing I love when reading giantess stories is for the author to capture the atmosphere and setting of the story to make it very engaging. And you are doing it really well with this first chapter. 

I watched a few, not a lot of noir films. But from what I remember and what I am reading, your doing an effective job at capturing that style.

I am looking forward to more chapters of this.

This is really cool. I love film noir movies and combining them with the giantess genre should prove interesting. You captured the style pretty well so I look forward to seeing more.
