Hmm... interesting? 50ft tall giantess... now, how many missiles would it take from some gunships or aircraft? Also consider the nuclear option.

I think by the time a city is devastated, the military would be on full alert and kicking ass quickly. (also aircraft do not go into close range to fire a missile. They can shoot miles away and they'll hit their targets)
