There should be an explanation for why Pan didn't go to Bulla after Tai shrank. Pan saying something like, "I could ask, but you're just too cute." Would be at least something. There's no way Tai could fall between her pants and her underwear. Jeans fit tight around the waist and Pan wears a belt making them tighter. It would be more believable if Tai fell forward into her cleavage.

It bothers me that Pan is doing the worst in her class when her dad is Gohan. I feel like he would push her to be as studious as he was. The threat reduction ray also doesn't make any sense because there have been many cases when size does not matter or matters very little to DBZ characters like Kidd Buu, Frieza, and Baby. Why is Goku still on Earth? If Pan is in high school shouldn't this take place after GT ends? Also it's really inconsiderate for Bulma to turn off so many lights in her house that it's impossible to see when Pan is still in her house.
I would suggest reworking the whole story, it seems very contrived to me.

I like the humor going on here, especially from the narration. A few grammar mistakes, but that doesn't really hurt the story too much. A great leadup for a story with a lot of potential, hope you keep writing
