I know you probably have no plans on continuing this story, but i honestly would absolutely love to see an update on these characters. And see Karen and Mark struggle to live as slaves and maybe even meet their fate. Would be nice to see their conclusion, but i understand if you’re done with this story

Wow, intense. Nice pace, nicely understated, allowing the shock to bear itself out. Main character has a great voice, good sense of humor. I really appreciated the light touch in the narration, rather than putting too much energy into certain details or actions like some writers might be tempted to do. This is a great standalone, though it strongly suggests prior and later episodes. Very well done.

Thank you for reading and leaving a review. I'm glad you enjoyed it. This one was more self indulgent than my other recent stuff so that's probably why the voice felt so strong. When I'm at my strongest writing, that lack of seriousness creeps into the narration. I feel like whenever I try to write too "seriously" my stuff starts to lack flavor. It's why none of my "fantasy" stories have ever really taken off, because I lose my voice along the way while trying to worldbuild and take everything too seriously.

I loved the giant stuff, but tampering with marriages like that is a little much for me yet. I also don't know why, but I never want the tinies to deserve their fate. I always want them to be good people who are found by sadistic giants.

Yeah I almost felt sorry for them while writing it. And I mean, I don't really think they deserved THIS sadistic of a fate. All they did was complain about a steak taking too long. The punishment is kind of over the top for the crime!

Very nice story especialy liked the part where he tormented him and used her. I hope I get to see the next steps with the husband and the steps before this when broke the wife.

Holy crap, I don't know if you plan on doing anything further with this story, but I'd love to read more chapters of it! Maybe see how he treats new couples he shrinks or something. Either way, great first chapter!
