Very good story. Ellie's passivity with Daniel umm seems to be due to what she did to him but... could it be because of that? Or is it that she just wants to find her friends Minish her?

Oh boy, I don't blame Daniel for acting like this and Minnie wasn't helping either. 

At least Ellie showed remorse for her actions although I am very worried about how helping Daniel find his village will end, she could probably stomp them out of existence without even knowing.

I like this story already! I especially like the "no-bs" attitude of Daniel, even when faced with creatures far larger and more powerful than he could ever hope to be!

As for the two ladies, I kinda feel like they both fall into the "overly bubby" girl arcitype, not that there's anything wrong with that. But I'd prefer it if there was more difference in the personalities of the girls. Right now they both kind of seem like the same character, but I guess it's still too early to say that...

Great start! I'm going to be looking forward to updates from this!

Ellie and Minnie are definitely very bubbly, but you'll see more differences between the two as we go on. Minnie is supposed to be sort of a loud mouth and hyper (or, "obnoxious" as Daniel says), while Ellie is more laid back. If you've seen Regular Show, Ellie is Mordecai while Minnie is Rigby.
