I haven't read all of "The Caretaker" but this story seems interesting. I like that the lead characters are past the initial shock of shrinking and are just trying to live their lives among giants. The fact that the girls know Jake's afraid of being eaten should prove to be fun (not for him perhaps but definitely for the readers).

Don't really get this chapter. So I won't rate. Not saying I don't agree with what they(cousins) said or anything. I just have trouble believing that jakes mom would tell everyone. I thought that was in confidence!?

This was a great chapter. An the pace of this story is fantastic as well are the characters an dialog. Can't wait to see what will happen now: between jake's mom, Amanda an Jake.
