A really fantastic and enjoyable story. Love the Nick living prolonged in Julia's shoe aspect. Too many stories make such a scenario disappointingly short term; but you nailed it with a long term sentence of punishment {or perhaps reward for any female foot enthusiast / fetishist}.
My only criticism is not of content or story line; rather of grammar and continuity. You should run a spell check. You have some simple spelling errors, and miss key points {e.g. Julia initially placing Nick inside her black leather mule as he is being glued to the shoes sole. You missed Nick actually being placed inside her shoe.}
Can't wait to read more of your story. Except for the very few grammatical and context omission I mentioned, this is a top notch story. I recommend rereading your story a few hours after writing it to see any problems you might have overlooked in your initial enthusiasm in writing it. After that, then post it.
Regardless of my criticism, GREAT STORY!

Really awesome story, mate! Balances the perfect amount of engaging plot with plenty of brilliant foot-based dominance. And Julia makes for an excellent, mature giantess throughout it all.
Oh, and that casual reveal of her also wearing that poor girl under her other foot was inspired!
