I kinda made it a one-shot, not initially intended to do a follow up or anything. I liked leaving it a little open ended to guess how he lasts. It's clear that his fate, whether very short or long term, is sealed, both figuratively and literally.

I could think about doing a follow up or another story with the same setting if I find an idea for it. I'd like to do more works hopefully in the future if I think of any. Unaware is my crutch so if anything, it'll be along those lines most likely.
