Another great chapter. I love "pretending to be unaware" situations. Your descriptions of Erin dealing with Marie's hot and sweaty foot were excellent. Marie accidentally swallowing Erin caught me by surprise, and I enjoyed it. Can't wait to read more!

I think you do micro scale situations very well! The way you describe Erin really makes her feel like a living landscape for Marie. Every little twitch and noise is an ominous sign of something to come. I can't wait to see what's next.
