Cool story. The script format was an interesting technique and I love the set-up of the toothpaste commercial. I found the ending a little confusing though. Am I correct that Edie was not the actress for the commercial and the director didn't actually want to shoot the scene practically? Was she tricking Lars so she could eat him?

Yes, that's correct! The whole thing was a predatory ruse on Edie's part. 

But: we don't know what happened afterwards. That's up to readers' imaginations!
