A really fantastic story.  I like how the inhabitants of Fairview are eventually permanently alive as part of Beth.  Beth being both HOT and a SLOB is seriously SEXY!!!

Another terrific part of this story, though most might simply gloss over it, was when the power went out and he, the scientist realized all hope was lost in saving themselves at that moment.  It was simply one of those "no turning back" points where fates are sealed.  Very nice turning point in your story.

Too bad Professor Carmichael wasn't more involved in your story, as being transported up her asshole would be quite the nice story.  Perhaps she could study his few submissions and redevelop his teleportation device for her own, personal use.  Especially if consuming tinies would make her body appear healthier, perhaps even younger.
