I see this is almost a year old now, but I created an account just to add this: this is such a wonderful story and one I had never thought I’d needed. I absolutely can not not enjoy the dynamics of this story, almost like Richard is a silent saviour to people in the rough, which I adore deeply. I just can’t really find the right words for just how much I enjoy your writing, but I’d love to see it continued. There is a certain gentleness and domesticity that I can’t put my finger on that I haven’t seen in many stories before.
