I agree with thegreatrizzo, Jake was clearly a jerk to Mandy before he shrank, so her priority should be to get payback on him in so many ways (in the pool, at the gym, etc).  The maternal role should be left to Cindy.  Jake will have a very tough time in this new world, especially if all shrunken men need breast milk to survive.  That would indeed be some sweet karma.

Very interesting story. I look forward to see where this goes. I hope that Mandy will grow a lot like how Jake shrunk rapidly. I hope he is the “training bra” that he teased her about. Get some sweet karma for that one.

I read and loved the first version, maternal and lactation is such a hard combo to find in GTS stories but you tied everything together so well, the only issue was how focused the story became on the grandparents  which i just could not "get"

if V2 is being planned out, more involving the stepmother/sister would be more appreciated, involving the grandparents if people want them is fine, but the strong focus was almost ridiculous, you could implement other characters, like teachers (home schooling) the Doctor/nurses or neighbors each with the maternal instinct

Hope this one is even bigger (and milkier :) than the last!
