Too bad it's a one-off and we didn't get any of Patty's inner monologue. Given how much people in the Shrinkism universe love ending tinies to their pleasures or appetites, I'd bet we'd eventually get a confession out of Patty about how she crushed on Dan back when he was a big and strapping young man. Here's hoping it's a un-requited love and not simple revenge scenario, then maybe she'll mix in some pleasure with the pain for Dan and not do anything to dangerous for him for some time yet.
