I really like the story so far. Hopefully, you continue. The formatting is good and readable, the space between paragraphs makes it clear to read. The characters have their own personalities, and Kate being a prankster is so interesting for the story.

My hope is that the shrink-ray makes it Andrew strong enough to avoid death because I don't like fatal. It's up to you, but having death be off the table allows Kate to do so much with Andrew.
