Such a great story, really outstanding writing and rich vocabulary! Makes reading a bit slower, though, but for natives it is surely not a problem. I almost felt like I was on B2 level again sometimes haha. Gonna read it again with a dictionary, because there is just so much to learn from it. Really well written.

I find the idea of the giantess goddess feeding off people's fear very interesting. It was also unusual how she held back at the beginning. The gun fire having absolutely no effect on her, and adding to her pleasure was a great touch too. Really liked the spit element, and descriptions of her mouth and throat. Definitely worth reading!



Author's Response: I'm sure my writing is sometimes denser than it needs to be, but it's all in fun. This is definitely a case where the giantess isn't held back in any physical way, but only by her emotional ties/obligations

LOL. I confess that I am not a big fan of stories of cruel giantesses destroying cities. But this one in particular caused me to laugh a bit because of the situations that Astraea sometimes finds herself in with moral conflicts about what her husband would say. So only criminals or felons are on the menu. The way Astraea deals with them is quite peculiar.

Let's see how this develops.



Author's Response: This is definitely meant to be a merging of tones, where the 'cruel' giantess would be much tougher on the city, if she wasn't concerned about her husband's feelings

I really like stories like this where the giantess has a tiny person she loves, adores, and protects while being a sadistic predator towards other tiny people.  Even better, the tiny person knows about her habits and accepts it, either not fully understanding what goes on or just not thinking about.

In this case, the husband knows what his giant wife and daughter do and he seems fine with it, like an "oh well, they need to eat too" sort of attitude.  He doesn't seem to grasp how much Astrea enjoys it and the fear of her victims.
