Really really love the focus on M/f stories! They're certainly a rarity, so one's that involve feet too are just amazing!

Classic setup, classic descriptions. Nice work! I've enjoyed it, thank you for sharing; I think the amount of detail you go into is exciting and appropriate to fetish fiction. I encourage you to write more. One thing I'll note is that I find the man's comments to be somewhat unnatural. Maybe you could try switching the perspective towards his and conveying his thoughts that way. 

Having more setup and insight into who the main character is would help to relate with her; it would make her current predicament all the more dramatic. But I understand that the 'straight-into-action' approach has its benefits.
